血液分析仪是临床医疗机构最常用的检验仪器之一，其检测数据的准确性关系临床诊断结论和治疗效果。实验室针对血液分析仪检定校准领域标准物质匮乏的现状，研制了符合国家要求的血液分析仪校准品。本文旨在阐述基于单质细胞成分提取固定技术的血液分析仪校准品的制备工艺，为临床检验领域内其它校准品的制备提供参考。

Objective: To introduce the importance of common species of nondestructive testing in industrial production, discuss the calibration and verification methods for common nondestructive testing equipment. Methods:To introduce the common nondestructive testing equipment and main performance index, clarify the calibration criteria of nondestructive testing equipment and the main parameters, and the significance and main implementations of verification for calibration results. Results:To verify the repeatability, reproducibility, destructivity of the nondestructive testing equipment, to confirm whether they can meet the requirements and achieve the purpose of quality control. Conclusion:The proper methods of nondestructive testing and the equipments with good performances, and verifying calibration results and requirements of usage, can guarantee to improve the accuracy of NDT data and make the foundation to serve the safety of production.
