Objective To use Clarification Agent in clearing process of Yinchen Hexue capsule.Methods To compare Clarification Agent with alcohol by measuring quantitative analyses of paeoniflorin.Results It was shown that main components quantity of koufuye using Calrification Agent are higher than that alcohol do.Conclusion Clarification Agent can be used to clear herbal extract instead of alcohol.
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Yinchen Hexue Capsule.Methods The separation of sample was carried on the Shimpak VP-ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid(52 ∶48 ∶1) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.The sample size was 10 μL and the column temperature was 25 ℃.Results The chromatographic peaks of baicalin and impurities were separated well.The mean recovery rate of baicalin was 99.96%,RSD=0.23%(n=6).The inter-day RSD and intra-day RSD were all less than 5%.The linearity was determined over the range of 10.55-63.30 mg/L(r=0.999 8).Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive,rapid,accurate and reproducible,which is suitable for the quantitative determination and the stability study of baicalin in Yinchen Hexue Capsule.
Objective To investigate the protective effect of the Yinchen Hexue capsule on the BCG and LPS-induced immunological liver injury in mice.Methods Kunming mice were divided into control group,model group,lowdosage,intermediate-dosage and high-dosage Yinchen Hexue capsule groups.On the first day,the model group and the protection groups were injected BCG from tailveil and then the protection groups were administered with Yinchen Hexue capsule by gastric perfusion 30,60,120mg·kg-1.At the end of 12 days,2 hr after gavage,the model group,high-dosage and intermediate-dose Yinchen Hexue capsule groups were injected with LPS via the tail vein.12h later,mice were weighed.The serum ALT and AST activity were determined and the mice were killed to calcu-late liver somatic index and spleen index.Liver homogenate were prepared and liver tissue MDA,GSH content and SOD and GSH-Pxactivity were tested.Results The Yinchen Hexue capsule groups reduced the somatic index,spleen index and decreased serum ALT,AST activity of mouse liver,compared with the model group(p <0.05)and also decreased MDA content,increased GSH content and GSH-Px activity,compared with the model group(p <0.05).Conclusion Yinchen Hexue capsule protected the BCG and LPS-induced immunological liver injury in mice.
目的:建立马来酸桂哌齐特注射液含量测定的HPLC方法.方法:色谱柱为Shimpak VP-ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为10 mmol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(磷酸调节pH至4.5)-甲醇(48:52),流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为303 nm,柱温为25℃.结果:马来酸桂哌齐特与内标分离良好,平均回收率为100.0%(RSD 0.21%,n=9),浓度在6.0~84.0 mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8.结论:方法简便、灵敏、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于马来酸桂哌齐特注射液的含量测定.
Objective Compare the cost-effectiveness between sparfloxacin and gatifloxacin in the treatment of urinary system infection.Methods Principle of pharmacoeconomics were adopted to analyze cost-effectiveness of the 2 treatment schemes.Results The effective rates of sparfloxacin group and gatifloxacin group in the treatment of urinary system infection were 90.9% and 87.8% (P>0.05) respectively;the cost-effectiveness ratio(C/E) were 0.67 and 0.32 respectively.The cost for every one unit increment of effectiveness for sparfloxacin group was 10.70 yuan more than that of the gatifloxacin group.Conclusion There is no obvious difference between these two projects in clinical effective rate and cure rate of the treatment of urinary system infection,but cost-effectiveness ratio of the gatifloxacin group is superior to that of sparfloxacin group.
