Trimble锂电池充电器的电路设计选用了BQ24006智能充电管理芯片,通过充电时钟和电压反馈对比两种方式控制充电过程,相比传统的单纯采用过压保护措施,安全性提高了.壳体设计采用铝合金材质,通过交流输入点封胶,电源线绝缘套加厚,增加防脱离垫片,增加交流输入端3A保险管等措施,提高设备安全性.充电器完成后应用野外生产,提高充电效率,受到用户好评.
中东地区大型油气藏多属于海相碳酸盐岩油气藏,其中白垩系生物碎屑灰岩油藏占据主要地位.地震数据中的采集脚印会对地震解释、属性分析、储层预测造成较大影响.采集脚印可以通过叠前地震数据处理流程消除,但处理流程用时较长且过程繁琐.利用采集脚印对地震属性的敏感特性,在二维波数域中将有效地质信号与采集脚印分离,并应用拉普拉斯高斯滤波器,实现了自适应去除采集脚印.通过压制采集脚印,提高了地震数据信噪比,为中东地区陆上大型生物碎屑灰岩油藏地震属性分析和储层预测提供了技术支撑.
本文从设计方面,根据抽油机减速器的受力特点,对其齿轮参数的选择和安全系数的选取做了详细的分析;在制造方面,对热处理以及装配质量提出了需要注意的关键事项,旨在提高减速器的可靠性,减少故障发生率。
针对游梁式抽油机不能随油井工况自动调整平衡度和冲次,且调整不方便,造成油田设备日常管理难度较大,不利于节能工作开展的现象,研发了一种自平衡智能抽油机。该抽油机在常规机的基础上设计了一套平衡调节装置和特制悬绳器,嵌入了传感器,配套了具有特殊功能的智能控制柜,具有油井功图和电参数的采集和传输,以及根据油井工况变化自动调抽油机平衡度和冲次的功能。现场应用结果表明,该自平衡智能抽油机具有装机功率低、自动化程度高、调参方便可靠的优点,自动优化模式与工频运行模式相比,平均吨液百米耗电量由1.559 kW·h下降到1.250 kW·h,降低19.7%;平均系统效率由18.07%提高到22.54%。
