目的:探讨9S管理法在重症监护室(ICU)仪器设备管理中的应用价值.方法:按照9S管理法中的整理(Seiri)、整顿(Seiton)、清扫(Seiso)、清洁(Seiketsu)、节约(Saving)、安全(Safety)、服务(Service)、满意(Satisfaction)和素养(Shitsuke)9个方面对医院ICU医疗仪器设备实施9S管理.选取2020年7月医院ICU临床在用的346台仪器设备,实施9S管理,对比9S管理实施前后的管理效果.结果:实施9S管理后,仪器设备放置不规范率、使用记录不完整率和相关不良事件发生率均比实施前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(x2=170.961,x2=56.171,x2=5.917;P<0.05);床单位终末消毒整理耗时和仪器设备取用耗时均有所下降,仪器设备消毒保养耗时显著增加,差异有统计学意义(t=4.895,t=2.532,t=-6.869;P<0.05);医护人员仪器设备相关理论知识考核、操作技能考核和维护能力考核成绩均显著提升,差异有统计学意义(t=-6.957,t=-8.477,t=-24.428;P<0.05).结论:对ICU仪器设备实施9S管理能够提升科室对医疗仪器设备的管理效能,提高临床服务质量和效率.
目的:比较腰硬联合麻醉和全身麻醉在老年股骨颈骨折手术中的应用效果.方法:选取2016年1月—2018年10月在我院接受治疗的42例老年股骨颈骨折手术患者根据麻醉方式的不同将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各21例;观察组采用腰硬联合麻醉,对照组采用全身麻醉.结果:观察组的麻醉起效时间、术后意识恢复与术后完全清醒时间,均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组麻醉的不良反应发生率为4.8%(1/21),低于对照组的28.6%(6/21),组间比较差异显著(P<0.05).结论:在老年股骨颈骨折手术中使用腰硬联合麻醉,能够缩短患者的麻醉起效、术后意识恢复与清醒时间,且不良反应发生率低.
Objective To execute experimental study injection rate and volumetric error and to explore their correlations with sizes of injectors and extension tube,so as to lay a foundation for the quality control of the injection pump.Methods Simulation experiment was carried out with involving in 10,20 and 50 ml of injectors and 80 and 120 cm extension tubes,and 6 kinds of connection systems were formed with auxiliary appliances.The injection rate and flow reading of the flow meter were obtained and then compared with the set values,and the correlations were proved between sizes of auxiliary appliances and the precision of injection dose and rate.Results In case other conditions kept the same,the injector with larger capacity behaved better in controlling injection rate and dose,and the shorter extension tube gained advantages over the longer one in regulating the precision for injection and injection dose.Conclusion The experiment contributes to the selection of auxiliary appliances and the enhancement of quality control,and the further research provides references for process design and materials selection of the injector.
In order to adapt to the new health management localization requirements of the physical examination center and develop the scientific allocation strategy for hardware resources, this paper analyzed many kinds of functional requirements such as disease diagnosis and monitoring, risk early warning and intervention, health promotion and keep and so on. Then the allocation strategies of hardware resource that included the inspection, early warning type and the type 3 instruments and the information coordinating platform was clarified, which had an important guiding significance for the transformation of health care market orientation.
Medical consumables purchase is not only the foundation of medical business, but also an important component of hospital economic management. This paper analyzes the relationship between purchasing and demand of medical consumables, so as to realize the scientiifc classiifcation of medical consumables procurement. And then this paper proposes a proactive procurement strategy, which can provide reference for choosing the appropriate procurement method.
介绍了医疗App的发展现状,指出了医疗App的应用对传统的医疗服务模式转变产生了重要的推动作用.分析了医疗App发展的瓶颈问题,提出了坚持政府主导、调动医疗机构积极性、倡议医药分离、强化商业保险以及完善信息技术等建议,展望了医疗App的发展前景.
