采用反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇和水为流动相,使用C18色谱柱和紫外检测器,在250 nm波长下对试样中溴氰虫酰胺和噻虫嗪进行液相色谱分离和定量分析.结果表明,溴氰虫酰胺和噻虫嗪的线性相关系数分别为0.99974和0.99999,标准偏差为0.072和0.014,变异系数为0.36%和0.068%,平均回收率为99.23%和99.51%.该方法操作简单、快速、准确,适用于溴氰虫酰胺·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂的定性和定量分析.
通过共沉淀的方法制备一种镁、铝、钙的混合氧化物催化剂,用于环氧乙烷聚合合成聚乙二醇(PEG)20000,考察了催化剂的筛选,催化剂中Mg、Al、Ca质量比,催化剂用量,反应温度等工艺条件对合成聚乙二醇收率的影响.优化的工艺条件为:反应温度125℃,初始压力0.4 MPa,乙二醇和环氧乙烷物质的量比1:470,m(Mg):m(Al):m(Ca)=2:1:0.3,催化剂占总物料量的0.2%.该工艺条件下,生产的聚乙二醇平均相对分子质量分布系数PDI约1.07,基本接近进口标准样品的平均相对分子质量分布系数PDI 1.03,平均相对分子质量分布较窄.混合氧化物催化剂反应结束后易分离,金属残留少,可回收循环利用,提高了产品聚乙二醇的品质,且降低了合成成本.
针对环己醇精馏系统中压蒸汽的消耗量大、能源利用率低、生产成本升高等问题,采用横管式降膜再沸器替代立式列管再沸器方式对精馏系统进行技术改造.依据环己醇汽化过程的传热传质过程和原理,利用横管降膜再沸器换热效率高、结构紧凑、生产现场占用空间小等特点,实施再沸器替代工程技改.大幅减少了精馏过程中压蒸汽的用量,降低了生产成本,取得了很好的经济和社会效益.

The preparation process and properties of activated alumina balls for catalyst supports are stud -ied.The effects of different precursor materials, different additive amount,and different drying tempera-tures on the compressive strength and surface properties of activated alumina balls are analyzed.The key process conditions for preparing large pore volume,high specific surface area and high strength activated alumina balls are obtained.
Aiming at the characteristics of high concentration of organic substance,large salt content and poor biodegradability in the production of saccharin sodium wastewater,the segmented wastewater treatment process was designed. Anthranilic acid wastewater generated by the esterification separation and replacement process was selected. According to the characteristics of Cu2+and H2O2 Fenton reaction principle,the use of Cu2+,Fe2+synergistic effect, combined with copper ion precipitation and Fenton oxidation,we discussed copper sulfate,ferrous sulfate,hydrogen peroxide and other factors on the COD removal efficiency of wastewater. We used the single factor test method to determine the optimum parameters which were as follows:50 mL sodium saccharin wastewater,1.15 g copper sulfate, 0.1 g ferrous sulfate and 21 mL 30%hydrogen peroxide. The removal rate of COD was reached 76%. Compared with the Fenton oxidation method,the addition of copper sulfate strengthened the catalytic role of Fe2+ions,we improved the COD removal rate of wastewater.
