[例1]男,2岁.因会阴部肿胀、疼痛2天伴呕吐急诊入院.查体:痛苦面容,腹部如鼓,肠鸣音亢进.肛门闭锁,会阴部可见一绿豆大小孔道,周围组织红肿,有1粒玉米嵌顿于此.局麻下安置小儿尿管,取出玉米粒后沿此处向肛门方向切开,清洁肠道内粪便后,严格消毒,游离直肠下拖至肛门,肛门隐窝十字形切开,将直肠粘膜与肛门皮肤边缘缝合,封闭会阴切口.
