Objective: To solve the problem that patients who are transfusing can’t move at random, this article introduces a design of backpack transfusion equipment with automatic pinch-off device and the implement methods of each function module. Methods:Via a movable under-pan, two straps, the detection system of perpendicular medicine bottle, the design of a automatic pinch-off system, combining the man-machine principles and electromechanical design, we modeled a 3D simulation system. At last, we designed this portable transfusion device. Results:The equipment is comfortable and is convenient to wear and dismantle. And the use of two systems (the system that ensure medicine bottle perpendicular to the ground and automatic pinch-off system) ensure the security when patients are out. Conclusion:The structure and cost of this equipment is simple and low. It is convenient for patients sitting in the chair to assemble and place the equipment. Hospitals in each region can provide this equipment according to patient’s condition to arrange patients.
介绍一种以智能化、安全多功能为出发点,立足于让使用者舒适、安全的基础上开发研制的一款新型自动化可调座椅式多功能轮椅。乘坐轮椅的使用者可移动范围在以后会慢慢扩大,尤其是老年人和患者更加的需要轮椅,以后将不仅限于在平地上的行走,上下坡将会变得越来越重要。现在多数地方虽然有轮椅的通道但是没有考虑到使用者的感受,对使用者很不利。为解决上下坡使用者舒适度及安全问题采用铰连接式伸缩座椅及防倒滑装置。
CT引导下的肺穿刺活检是一种新型的微创诊断法,已经越来越被广泛的应用在临床实践中。笔者通过回顾本院的相关CT引导下的肺穿刺活检案例,分析了CT引导下的肺穿刺活检的并发症,并研究了并发症与穿刺深度、穿刺部位和穿刺直径之间的相互关系。
