Objective To explore the main factors of comprehensive medical quality for inpatients with acute appendicitis and provide reference and evidence for fine disease management.Method 346 cases of acute appendicitis inpatients were included for study.We used inclusive model to comprehensive evaluate its quality,and used t test,multiple regression analysis to analyze factors and its roles.Result The average score of medical quality for acute appendicitis was 92.97 points,86% of cases were excellent.The influence factors were length of stay,admissions,discharge conditions,diagnosed days and age.Conclusion The comprehensive quality evaluation method based on case classification of the disease is more scientific and reasonable than the traditional evaluation method.In the process of single disease management,the impact of these factors should be considered and appropriate measures should be taken to improve the comprehensive medical quality of inpatients.
