试验研究植物甾醇对猪生产性能、免疫指标及Wnt1基因表达的影响.选择240头"杜×长×大"三元猪,公、母各半,将试验猪随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10头试验猪.分别在日粮中添加0、100、200、300 g/t植物甾醇,按照植物甾醇添加量依次命名为A(对照组)、B、C、D组.试验期50 d.结果显示,B、C、D组试验猪末重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),但料重比(F/G)显著低于对照组(P<0.05).眼肌面积(LMA)随着植物甾醇的添加量提高而极显著升高(P<0.01).与对照组对比,试验组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)显著提高(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量极显著提高(P<0.01),免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量无显著差异(P>0.05).试验组猪血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低.试验组育肥猪的肝脏与背最长肌中Wnt1基因的相对表达量均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),并且随着植物甾醇添加量的提高呈上升趋势.研究表明,本试验条件下,建议在猪日粮中添加100~200 g/t植物甾醇.

试验研究了由菟丝子、山楂、甘草、女贞子、大豆黄酮、低聚木糖和博落回散等组成的复合饲料添加剂在不同浓度下对母猪生产性能及其生化指标的影响.研究选择24头3~5胎龄长大二元母猪,于妊娠期第91d至断奶后发情,在其日粮中按0(空白组A组)、3.6 kg/t(B组)、5.4 kg/t(C组)和7.2 kg/t(D组)的浓度添加.结果 表明:生产性能方面,当添加浓度超过5.4 kg/t时,母猪的便秘问题得到显著改善(P<0.05),所产仔猪的腹泻率显著下降(P<0.05);按7.2 kg/t水平添加时,母猪的产程和断奶发情间隔时间显著缩短(P<0.05);随着添加量的增加,断奶仔猪的体重显著提高(P<0.0 5),分别比对照组仔猪提高了1.70%、5.28%和6.83%;复合饲料添加剂可以有效抑制妊娠母猪肠道中有害菌的增殖,添加水平超过5.4 kg/t时可以显著抑制大肠杆菌的增殖(P<0.05),添加复合饲料添加剂显著降低沙门氏菌的增殖(P<0.05);由于胎儿不断发育造成肠道挤压,复合饲料添加剂不能完全解决肠道微生物增殖问题;在初乳质量方面,复合饲料添加剂达到5.4 kg/t时可以显著提升初乳中IgG含量,达到7.2kg/t时显著促进IgA的含量(P<0.05),但各组对IgM无显著影响(P>0.05);复合饲料添加剂在母猪日粮中浓度的提高可使GSH-Px浓度有提升趋势,当浓度达到5.4 kg/t时,其浓度较空白组有显著差异(P<0.05);试验各组MDA浓度较空白组显著降低(P<0.0 5),但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),B、C和D各组比空白组分别低7.02%、6.62%和7.83%;SOD活性随着复合饲料添加浓度的提高显著提升(P<0.05),而血清中CAT活性在浓度达到5.4kg/t时具有显著差异(P<0.05).因此,研究认为,复合饲料添加剂的推荐浓度为7.2 kg/t,若养殖水平较高的情况下,可以适当减少用量.

In order to com prehensively study the yield trait,quality characteristic and adaptation of the varieties,gray relevancy analysis m ethod w as used in this study to assess the property of 6 Medicage sativa,including hay yield,plantheight,branch num ber,ratio ofstem and leaf,and the contentofcrude protein,NDF and ADF.The resultsindicated thatthe greatestcontribution to the com prehensive accessm entw as hay yields, follow ed by the content of crude protein. In addition, CW 403 had the best com prehensive production property am ong the 6 varietiesand SIMA 575 had the w orstproperty.Itcan be concluded thatCW 403 issuitable to be planted in N orthern H unan.
Alfalfa is one of the most important forage of legume in our country,which has the characteristic of fall dormancy,and is poor in the heat tolerance.This paper aimed to study on the relationship between fall dormancy and heat resistance,and the results would be a suggestion for the introduction of Alfalfa in south of China.Eight Alfalfa varieties which included different fall dormancy levels were chosen for this experiment.And research on the impact of relative conductivity,MDA content and peroxidase activity in high temperature stress showed that there is no relationship between fall dormancy and heat resistance of Alfalfa.
