介绍了螺杆钻具定子用NBR高硬度橡胶胶料的配方设计过程.结果表明,在相同硫化体系下,不同ACN含量的NBR胶料硫化速度基本相同;优选NBR Krynac4450作基胶可兼顾加工工艺性能;采用增硬剂并用可有效提高胶料定伸应力和交联密度;加入增硬树脂可降低混炼胶门尼粘度,提高加工工艺性能;加入纳米增硬剂可明显提升硫化胶硬度和定伸应力.
考察了丙烯腈(ACN)含量对螺杆钻具定子用HNBR性能及其在不同标号柴油中高温老化性能的影响.结果 表明,ACN含量升高可有效降低柴油对HNBR溶胀及力学性能的影响;柴油标号升高对HNBR溶胀及力学性能的影响较为明显;ACN质量分数为39%的HNBR老化后力学性能最高.
通过对生胶、增塑剂以及硫化体系的选择,制备了一种能够在柴油基饱和盐水泥浆中长时间使用的螺杆钻具定子橡胶材料。结果表明,该材料达到设计要求,得到成功使用。
With the increase of application of drill tool, the stability of drill tool life increasingly becomes the concern of drilling staff and its importance directly affects the drilling design and speed. The type of stator failure of screw drill includes mechanical failure, fatigue failure, thermal failure, delay failure and chemical failure. The reasons of various failures are analyzed and the specific measures of extending stator life are put forward. In actual application, the various parameters of each well, each block and each oilfield should be analyzed carefully, and the type selection of motor design parameters should be well done. According to the application demand, the motor should be run in the optimum state, extending and stabilizing the motor life.
