The digital development of modern engineering is an inevitable trend.BIM technology has become a more scientific and effective technology in the field of building information.Its core is to provide a complete and consistent civil engineering database for the whole process of engineering construction through virtual 3D models.BIM has the characteristics of visualization,coordination,simulation,optimization,and convenient drawing.By applying 3D models,the information integration of construction projects has been significantly improved.Combining the advantages of BIM technology for dynamic visual monitoring of foundation pits,quickly predicting dangerous points and solving them in advance,is of great significance in improving project management level and ensuring construction safety.
为提升工程计量支付的水平,以湖北省鄂州花湖机场顺丰航空基地宿舍楼项目为例,从BIM模型、质量验评以及计量支付等方面,分析研究了数字化计量支付技术在建筑施工中的实际运用.作为住建部首次采用BIM的清单进行算量计价管理的试点工程,提出了一种计量支付的新路线.通过实际应用,可以减少工程量计算时的任务量,避免出现工程量与现场不符的情况,更有效地实现对工程量支付数据的集成化处理,提高信息传递效率.
Building information management has been trend in overall building industry development. As construction mode of electromechanical specialty transfer from the traditional on?site fabrication and installation to prefabrication in workshop and installation,the traditional management mode has not been satisfy requirement of building information development,new management mode need to be developed to adapt to highly developing building industry. Management of prefabricated manufacture in workshop in electromechanical specialty more needs a efficient management system to satisfy request of information interaction at each stage. With the research and development of general contract information management system based on P?BIM,its robot management module and information interaction solution scheme satisfy request of prefabrication manufacture management in electromechanical specialty. The system used in this project achieves good effect.
Through the integration of software and hardware,the BIM and intelligent total station are integrated.BIM model is brought to the construction site,the three-dimensional coordinate data of BIM model is used to drive intelligent total station to measure lofting and review the point,so that the BIM technology gets into the construction site from the office to further develop its application value.
以市场上新出现的一种无自由端承插型键槽式脚手架为研究对象,借鉴碗扣式钢管脚手架和门式脚手架的计算方法,运用轴心受压构件理想状态下的屈曲理论对该脚手架体系的极限承载力进行了有限元理论计算分析.有限元模型为一个双排6步3跨的脚手架支撑体系,通过特征值屈曲分析其4种失稳形式及其极限承载力大小,在此基础上再通过调整立杆步距、纵距、横距及剪刀撑和水平加强层的设置参数,研究其对该脚手架体系极限承载力的影响,最后得出该新型脚手架极限承载力的影响因素.

介绍了双层呼吸式幕墙的起源及设计理念,从其工作原理进行了热工方面的理论分析和研究,在实际工程应用中通过2年时间的数据采集及分析工作,并与工程其他部位普通玻璃幕墙进行节能效果进行分析对比,得出双层呼吸式玻璃幕墙比普通幕墙具有更好的保温效果.
