To research the effect of mixing and the continuity of access to materials,Fluent software k-ε turbulence model and Simple algorithm were used to simulate the internal flow of continuous particle materials blender.The mixing effect under the three different inlet position was analyzed.The results show that the best inlet position is located in the bottom of upper surface of the blender.In this case,the materials have a longer residence time,the materials are fully mixed.The amount of the material's inflow and outflow basically balance,which ensure the continuity of production.
In this paper ,as the high sulfur coal burns and generates SO2 pollution to the environment ,at the same time because large amounts of sulfur produced leading the system to kiln crust ,the circle and jams ,affecting the normal produc‐tion of cement ,we use CFD technology to simulate bypass snort quench mixer and decomposition furnace .Based on the anal‐ysis that the bypass snort has been joined ,the wall temperature of decomposing furnace is higher ,and in the region of the de‐composition and fuel combustion ,velocity field becomes more disorder ,and in the upper cylinder centerline velocity field is u‐niform instead .In addition to we analyzes SO2 in decomposition furnace — bypass circulating system ,based on distribution of SO2 composition as you can see ,this system has obvious effect on reducing SO2 concentration .
To improve the mixing efficiency and quality ,the optimal design of its discharge and base had been proposed on the existing 1m3 /h intermittent turbulent vertical agitator .The fill rate of material in the kneading zone had been kept by introducing the weighing feedback .The 2m3 /h continuous turbulent vertical agitator had been designed .The inlet arrange-ment position of the flow field inside the particle trajectories had been analyzed through CFD simulation to achieve optimal mixing effect .The result shows that the inlet position on the bottom end surface is appropriate under the same conditions .
Objective To develop a convenient method for insect pest control in campground. Methods Absorbing confected insecticide to commercial wrapping paper,and after quality verification,both laboratory experiment and field observation were conducted to evaluate the efficacy and stability of the resulting absorbent paper.Results In the laboratory experiment,the bedbug kill rate within 24 hours(1~15 min absorbent paper exposure) was 100%;bedbug density reduction was above 97% in field experiment.Effects on other reptile insects were also observed.The useful-life for the absorbent paper was up to one year. Conclusion Insecticidal absorbent paper could effectively be used for prevention and cure of field reptile insect.
Objective To observe the efficacy of Keshuxing No.1 against SD rats and mice in both laboratory and field,and provide evidential support for practical selection of anticoagulant rodenticide.Methods Selective and nonselective feeding tests of Keshuxing No.1 against rats and mice were conducted in laboratory.Results The feeding indices of Keshuxing No.1 for SD rats and mice were 0.38 and 0.30 respectively in selective feeding tests.In nonselective feeding tests,the death rates of SD rats and mice were 100% and 90% respectively after 3 consecutive feeding.The killing rates of Keshuxing No.1 against mice and rat in the field tests were 92.86% and 91.67% respectively.Conclusion The palatability of Keshuxing No.1 for rat and mouse is good.It has very good killing effect on mouse and rat in both laboratory and field.Keshuxing No.1 can be an effective choice for chemical prevention and control of house mouse.
为了解臭虫对部队的侵害情况,2002年4~5月份,我们在陕西驻军各部队中进行了臭虫侵害情况调查. 1 调查方法根据陕西的地形特点及部队驻地情况,将全省划分为渭南、西安、宝鸡、陕北、陕南5个片,采用统一表格,统一方法,组织驻陕部队所属卫生人员对该单位进行臭虫危害调查,对有臭虫危害的单位,专业技术人员深入现场作虫害密度调查.
臭虫作为一种古老的卫生害虫,不难防制,随着人民生活的提高,环境居住条件的改善以及"爱国卫生运动"不断深入,其早以在二十世纪八十年代退出了"四害"的历史舞台.然而,驻陕部分部队臭虫危害较为严重,长期困扰基层官兵,严重影响广大官兵的健康和工作,引起各级首长和有关部门的高度重视.
目的:观察"克鼠星1号"灭鼠剂对SD大鼠和小白鼠的实验室杀灭效果.方法:实验室用"克鼠星1号"进行有选择试验和无选择试验,并进行现场毒效试验.结果:有选择试验,大鼠和小鼠对"克鼠星1号"摄食系数分别为0.30和0.38.无选择实验,大鼠连续3次给药毒杀率可达100%,小鼠连续2次给药毒杀率达90%.现场实验,3d饱和投饵,灭效92.59%.结论:"克鼠星1号"灭鼠剂适口性良好,对大鼠和小鼠有较好的杀灭效果.
拜力坦是广谱性、速效性和长残效性的氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂,其对防治家庭和公共卫生害虫,尤其对蜚蠊效果显著.2002年5~6月份,我们选择兰州市某涉外星级宾馆进行现场效果观察.
目的:开发使用方便的灭臭虫应用技术;方法:按配方将药物附着在市售药纸,检查合格后进行实验室及现场灭臭虫实验,并作稳定性观察;结果:实验室实验24h杀灭率100%,现场实验20d杀灭率为95.9%,药纸有效期1年以上;结论:复方灭臭虫药纸可有效用于臭虫的防治.
在实验室检测8种消毒剂对细菌繁殖体、芽孢杀灭作用和对HBsAg灭活作用.结果对白色葡萄球菌,除洗必太和复方洁尔灭其余均可在5分钟内全部杀灭;对枯草杆菌芽孢,15%"84",0.5%过氧乙酸作用20分钟可全部杀灭,3000ppm碘伏,50%奔马作用30分钟达到灭菌率99.9%以上,50%金星和2%碘酊作用30分钟,灭菌率仅有98.52%和79.87%,洗必太和复方洁尔灭仅有抑菌作用;除洗必太和复方洁尔灭外其余均可在10分钟内破坏HBsAg.
