经济安全是区域经济发展的基础和保障,关系到经济发展的全局,只有在保障经济安全的前提下才能促进区域经济的稳定和可持续发展,并推动区域经济的转型升级和创新发展.区域经济发展中的经济安全考量是为了保障我国经济在不同区域间的协调、有序、稳健发展,这不仅涉及到资源的合理配置、市场的开拓和产业结构的优化,也涉及到如何应对外部的经济风险和挑战,来保持我国整体经济的稳定和可持续发展.在区域经济发展策略中,测度经济安全风险在评估特定地区或国家对我国经济安全及其影响程度和具体原因方面,发挥着较大作用.
人工智能技术是未来产业技术的重要发展方向,人工智能技术将对改善劳动者就业环境,加强就业工作,稳定就业局势产生重要作用.以2011-2019年城市层面数据为样本,探究人工智能技术对劳动者就业环境的影响.研究发现,人工智能技术的应用显著改善了劳动者的就业环境;城镇化水平提升与劳动要素收入增加是人工智能技术作用于就业环境的传导路径;城市地理位置、行政级别与智能设施水平是影响人工智能技术作用发挥的关键.整体来看,在东部及东北地区、普通城市、智能设施水平较高的城市,人工智能技术对就业环境的改善作用更为明显;进一步研究发现,人工智能技术的就业环境提升效应存在维度差异,其对保障环境的促进作用更为明显而对市场环境的影响不显著;从长期来看,人工智能技术依然会对就业环境产生激励作用,且这一作用可能比短期更强.
伴随着我国经济不断发展,投资在经济整体发展过程中日趋重要.证券投资基金有助于增加股票市场比重、完善投资组合、推动金融市场创新,同时也有利于提高投资者收益率.但由于非理性因素在一定程度上影响投资行为,致使证券投资基金对股票市场稳健运行造成波动影响.为使我国股票市场有序运行,应从优化上市公司管理结构、合理规范股本持有、开发证券投资种类、加大市场监管力度等方面促进股票市场朝着良性有序的方向发展.
