Objective To analyze the clinical application value of serum procalcitonin concentrations in early diagnosis of sepsis. Methods Forty septicemia patients from January 2012 to October 2014 were selected as the observation group,and 20 patients without septic were selected as the control group,obtained peripheral serum samples from patients of two groups,the concentration of serum procalcitonin(PCT)was detected,and the application value in early diagnosis of sepsis was analyzed. Results The serum level of PCT of patients with sepsis was higher than 2. 0 ng/ ml,including 30 cases of 2. 1 - 5. 0 ng/ ml,8 cases of 5. 1 - 10. 0 ng/ ml,2 cases more than 10. 0 ng/ ml,the serum level of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0. 05). Among the 60 patients,blood culture was positive in 38 patients,negative in 22 patients,the ser-um PCT level of positive group was more than 2. 0 ng/ ml,which was higher than that of blood culture negative group( P <0. 05). Conclusion In early diagnosis of sepsis patients,there is high sensitivity and specificity by take serum procalcitonin de-tection scheme,which can provide guidance for early treatment of patients,so it is worthy of promotion.
选取2013年6月~2014年6月本院收治的100例冠心病患者为研究组,研究A组50例为心绞痛患者,研究B组50例为急性心肌梗死患者,同时选取同期健康体检者50例为对照组,均行血常规检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果研究A组、研究B组RDW水平、hs-cTnT、CK-MB值水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。血液检测指标中RDW水平上升对冠心病患者预后具有一定负性影响,且心肌标志物中hs-cTnT可作为患者心肌损伤程度诊断的理想指标。
目的:探究红细胞指标在妊娠合并地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法择取我院2013年1月至2014年12月收治的28例妊娠合并地中海贫血患者为A组,28例妊娠合并缺铁性贫血患者为B组,另择取同期来我院体查的28例未合并缺铁性贫血及地中海贫血者为C组,对比三组RBC(红细胞计数)、MCV(红细胞平均红细胞体积)、RDW(红细胞体积分布宽度)变化情况。结果(1)红细胞指标检测结果比较:A、C组RBC(1012/L:4.97±0.51/4.42±0.47 vs 3.90±0.41)明显高于B组(P<0.05),RDW(%:15.22±2.13/13.41±1.36 vs 18.32±2.20)显著下降(P<0.05);A、B组MCV(fL:70.80±3.28/68.13±4.66 vs 86.61±3.41)较C组低(P<0.05),RDW水平(%:15.22±2.13/18.32±2.20 vs 13.41±1.36)明显上升(P<0.05);(2)异常妊娠史发生率比较:A、B异常妊娠史发生率(46.43%/25.00%vs 3.57%)均较高(P<0.05),而A组异常妊娠史发生率(46.43%vs 25.00%)较B组高(P<0.05)。结论红细胞指标在妊娠合并地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血鉴别诊断中具有十分重要的应用价值,临床上应引起足够重视。
Objective To investigate the strains distribution and resistance characteristics of pathogenic bacteria isolated from blood culture and provide basis for clinical medication. Methods Blood samples were cultivated and continuously monitored by VersaTREK automated blood culture system with the matching blood culture bottles,and the positive bottles were transferred timely. The identification of bacteria and susceptibility test were performed by MicroScan A/S-4 bacterial automatic analyzer. Results A total of 237 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 2460 blood culture samples. The top five strains included CNS, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus. Positive pathogens were mainly distributed in ICU, general surgical department and respiratory medicine department. Susceptibility tests showed that Gram negative bacilli were highly sensitive to imipenem and Gram positive cocci had no resistance to vancomycin and linezolid. Conclusion It is important to comprehend the blood culture results promptly for the selection of antimicrobial agents and has great significance to improve cure rate.
ObjectiveTo study value of serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) levels in evaluating liver function. Methods Liver disease patients and normal physical examinationer in our hospital were slected as the research objects and grouped. Automatic biochemical analyzer was applied to determine serum HDL-C level of research object, and results between groups were compared.Results HDL-C level of control group was (1.28±0.20) mmol/L. Liver disease group was (0.77±0.77) mmol/L. Hepatitis group was (0.81±0.13) mmol/L. Liver cirrhosis group was (0.68±0.14) mmol/L, and (0.54±0.05) mmol/L for liver cancer group. Patients’ serum HDL-C levels in hepatitis group, liver cirrhosis group, liver cancer group were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05); Serum average HDL-C levels of patients in liver cirrhosis group, liver cancer group were significantly lower than patients in hepatitis group(P<0.05); Average serum HDL-C levels of patients in liver cancer were significantly lower than that of patients with cirrhosis (P<0.05).Conclusion Specific level of serum HDL-C can reflect hepatic synthetic function in patients with liver disease. The lower its level is, the more serious the damage is. Finding out the specific level is of great reference value for the timely treatment.
Objective To explore the performance and application of Ficoll-Sephadex G-100 miacrocolumn technique for blood group serology.Methods Ficoll-Sephadex G-100 microcolumn was made of Sephadex G-100 by joining Ficoll liquid separation.200 specimens of ABO and Rh (D) blood type were identified by Ficoll-Sephadex G-100 microcolumn and BioVue.The difference between the two methods was compared.Six specimens of cold agglutinin syndrome in different titers were detected by BioVue incubating at 37 ℃ and 45 ℃ respectively,and by Ficoll-Sephadex G-100 microcolumn incubating at 45 ℃.26 hemolysis samples were selected for ABO and Rh (D) blood group identification by Ficoll-Sephadex G-100 microcolumn,BioVue,and Sephadex G-100 microcolumn respectively.Results The results of the 200 samples tested by Home-made blood group cards were consistent with those by BioVue and Sephadex G-100 microcolumn.The mean of anti-D antibody titers in the Home-made cards was 1: 256,which was consistent with that in BioVue.Home-made blood group cards were significant better than test tube method (P < 0.05).The results of 6 cold agglutination samples were all correct for Home-made blood group cards,but 3 and 2 incorrect results incubated by BioVue at 37℃ and 45℃,respectively.The results of 26 hemolysis samples were all correct for Home-made blood group cards,6 and 10 incorrect results for BioVue Sephadex G-100 microcolumn.Conclusions Ficoll-Sephadex G-100 microcolumn has nice coincidence,sensitivity and repetitiveness and is a cheap and easy method.It is suitable for blood group typing.
