科研型教学模式是培养学生科研素养的有效途径,但参与科研项目是否有利于促进学生的学习成绩,这有待进一步研究.我们在生物化学和分子生物学教学过程中实施了一种改进型的科研型教学模式,即科研项目趋动型课堂教学模式.在这一教学模式中,我们将教学内容分成8大模块、9个讲座、6个实验,课程中充分结合学生的兴趣和需要,让学生学会科研数据的分析方法,让学生有充分的获得感.通过比较参与与不参与科研项目设计和实验的学生的期末考试成绩,分析参与科研项目对学生成绩的可能影响,同时比较学习态度对学习成绩的影响.结果发现,参与科研项目和学习态度好的学生的成绩均明显优于不参与科研项目和学习态度不好的学生(P<0.05).研究结果表明,科研型课堂教学模式能很好地调动学生学习积极性,值得推广应用.
[Objective] To investigate both the effect and the possible molecular mechanism of commercially available fried bread stick containing aluminum (FCA) on expression of AD-associated proteins in rats.[Methods] 24 healthy and clean male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups:FCA group and control group (feed ordinary feed),the feeding amount was 15 g/d,and duration was six months.After 6 months of treatment,the contents and activities of NOS,MDA,T-SOD,Aβ1-42,AchE,T-tau,P-tau and GSK-3β in serum and hippocampal tissue of rats were detected by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and spectrophotometer method.[Results] Compared with control group,the times through the original platform position of rats in FCA group reduced (2.667±0.492 in control group and 1.833±0.577 in FCA group) and the activity time in the target quadrant shortened (50.089±3.423 in control group and 43.521±2.140 in FCA group).In serum,the activity of NOS increased in FCA group as compared with control group (14.773±1.611 in control group and 18.727±1.740 in FCA group),the activity of T-SOD decreased (275.959±6.405 in control group and 250.659±6.918 in FCA group),and the content of MDA increased (5.225±0.835 in control group and 7.553 ±1.067 in FCA group).In hippocampal tissue,the activity of T-SOD reduced in FCA group as compared with control group (138.894±4.697 in control group and 107.121±10.641 in FCA group),and the activities of GSK-3β and AchE in FCA group (2.837±0.170 and 1.469±0.123) increased as compared with control group (2.306±0.113 and 0.643± 0.101),the contents of Aβ1-42,T-tau and P-tau in FCA group (99.621±2.056,133.551±4.766 and 115.125±8.105) increased as compared with control group (88.417±1.803,106.224±4.260 and98.271±9.269) (all P<0.01).[Conclusion] The long-term feeding FCA can induce decline in memory ability and abnormal changes of AD related components mentioned above in rats,resulting in risk of AD.
