雄性激素受体(AR)基因外显子多态性可能与动物生产性能存在一定的相关关系。检测雄性林麝AR基因外显子1、4、8的多态性,探究其多态位点与泌香量的相关性,以期为选育高产优质麝香的林麝奠定基础。采用聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态性分析方法检测雄性林麝AR基因外显子1、4、8的多态性,并对其单核苷酸序列进行测序分析。结果发现:雄麝AR基因外显子1、4、8的扩增片段在雄麝中均不存在多态性。雄性林麝AR基因外显子1、4、8具高度保守性。
Forest musk deer( Moschus berezovskii) is an important wildlife resource in China,with high economic value. Strengthening artificial breeding can effectively protect the wildlife resource of forest musk deer. This article outlines the resource situation of the forest musk deer and the details of nutrition research,artificial breeding technology,genetic diversity,diseases etc. in the process of artificial breeding,providing a basic information for the artificial breeding of forest musk deer.
To detect an association the concentrations of(testosterone,estradiol and progesterone) and musk yield during musk-secreting period(MSP) in male Moschus berezovskii.The levels of gonadal hormones were detected in feces which were collected from April,2010 to December,2011 in male Moschus berezovskii using radioimmunoassay(RIA) method.The testosterone and estradiol levels of individuals at the various ages had a obvious tendency in the MSP.The concentrations of testosterone were very low in normal period(NP),gradually increased before musk-secreting period(BMSP),increased rapidly in prime musk-secreting period(PMSP),which had significant difference with that of NP(P0.05),and peaked in vigorous musk-secreting period(VMSP),which was significant higher than that of other periods(P0.05),respectively,dropped rapidly later musk-secreting period(LMSP) and continually descended in after musk-secreting period(AMSP).The concentrations of estradiol had a similar pattern to that of testosterone.The concentration of estradiol peaked in VMSP,which was significant higher than that of other periods(P0.05) except that eight to twelve-year-old male Moschus berezovskii had not significant difference with that of LMSP.No obvious tendency was detected in progesterone level during musk-secreting period in male moschus berezovskii.Association analysis demonstrated that there was a strong and significant positive association(R2=0.650 4,P0.05)between the testosterone levels and musk yield.While the estradiol levels and musk yield had a significat positive association(R2=0.456 5,P0.05).There was great advantageous using feces samples to research the gonadal hormones in semi-domestication wild animals.
The pathogenesis patterns,clinical symptoms,and anatomical characteristics of several common diseases of domestic musk deer were observed and analyzed,and the effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) treatments were compared. We screened for TCM medications that had obvious effects and recorded dosages and herb mixtures.We propose optimum strategies for using TCM to treat and prevent diseases.We analyzed the key prophylaxis methods for farmed musk deer.Using our research and analyses,we increased the survival rate of musk deer from 85%-95%,and realized an annual rate of increase in the farm musk deer population of 11%.We provide new TCM methods for the effective treatment and prevention of musk deer diseases.
林麝(Moschus.berezovikii),俗名獐子,秦巴山区一种极为珍贵的国家一级野生动物,因其雄麝的一种分泌物-麝香,具有"开窍、通经、透骨、镇痛和安神"之功效。因而研究林麝规范化养殖,加快林麝家养步伐,兹以获取更多的天然麝香,对振兴我国传统医药,造福国人具有重要意义。
