目的:探讨纳洛酮、依达拉奉与高压氧联用治疗急性一氧化碳中毒迟发型脑病的临床效果.方法 :研究选择本院于2015年12月至2017年12月期间收治的急性一氧化碳中毒迟发型脑病患者78例作为资料,依据治疗方案分组各39例,对照组为常规治疗,观察组为纳洛酮、依达拉奉与高压氧联用治疗,观察两组疗效、生活质量改善情况.结果 :观察组治疗有效率948.7与对照组753.6比较优势明显,P<00.5;治疗前两组患者生活质量评价无明显差异,P>00.5;治疗后,观察组生活质量评分明显提升,且显著优于对照组,P<00.5.结论 :在急性一氧化碳中毒迟发型脑病治疗中选择纳洛酮、依达拉奉与高压氧联用治疗方案可进一步改善患者症状,提高治疗效果和生活质量,治疗价值较高.
目的:探讨纳络酮在急性一氧化碳中毒综合抢救中的临床疗效.方法:将本院于2016年4月至2017年4月收治的急性一氧化碳中毒患者88例作为研究资料,依据治疗方案分组,对照组为常规治疗,观察组增加纳洛酮治疗,各44例,观察两组治疗效果及昏迷改善情况.结果:观察组治疗有效率95.45% 与对照组75.00% 比较具有明显优势,P<0.05;治疗后,两组轻度患者昏迷评分改善,但组间比较无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组中度和重度患者昏迷程度评分明显提高,且显著优于对照组中度和重度患者,P<0.05.结论:针对急性一氧化碳中毒患者实施纳洛酮治疗可促使患者尽早苏醒,尤其是中度和重度患者治疗优势明显,保持正常的生命体征,挽救生命安全,治疗价值较高.
目的 分析与评价中医配合磷酸肌酸钠在治疗一氧化碳中毒过程中的疗效,为一氧化碳中毒的治疗提供指导.方法 选择2012年6月至2014年12月该院收治的120例一氧化碳中毒患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例.对照组患者采用高压氧等常规治疗,观察组患者加用中医药方配合磷酸肌酸钠治疗.比较2组患者治疗前后HDS评分、P300潜伏期、神经功能损伤评分和心肌损伤标志物变化,评价2组患者疗效差异.结果 治疗后观察组患者与对照组相比HDS评分明显升高,P300潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.05),NIHSS评分和血清cTNI、CK-MB、IMA水平明显降低(P<0.05),观察组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 中医配合磷酸肌酸钠治疗一氧化碳中毒能够有效改善心脏和脑组织缺氧状态,减轻神经功能损伤,疗效显著优于单一高压氧常规治疗.
Objective To observe the protective effect of sodium phosphocreatine on myocardial injury of carbon monoxide poisoning .Methods Selected from January 2012 to June 2014 , 100 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning patients , according to random digital table method ,they were divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). In the control group , they were treated with conventional therapy , observation group also added sodium phosphate therapy .Be-fore and after treatment, levels of cardiac troponin (cTNI), myoglobin (MYO), creatine kinase (CK-MB), N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) were detected in both of the two groups , ECG improvement and incidence of adverse reac-tions were compared between the two groups .Results Before treatment, 2 groups of patients’ serum cTNI, MYO, CK-MB, NT-proBNP level showed no statistical significance differences ( t =0.162, t =0.039, t =-0.041, t =-0.028, P >0.05); after the treatment, these indices of the two groups were significantly decreased , and patients in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group ( t =-2.974, t =-3.604, t =-3.051, t =-2.693, P <0.05).Obser-vation group’s total efficiency was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group ’ s 84.0% (χ2 =4.000, P <0.05), observation group’s ECG improvement was 94.0%, which was significantly better than control group ’s 80.0%(χ2 =4.332, P <0.05).Conclusion Sodium phosphocreatine in the treatment of carbon monoxide poisoning can effectively decrease the levels of serum cTNI , MYO, CK-MB and NT-proBNP, better protect of myocardium from injury , it showed a significant effect with no adverse reaction , it is worth of clinical promotion .
