目的探讨男性青少年青春发育年龄.方法测量422例男性青少年的外生殖器,检测部分实验对象血中性激素水平,并对其进行统计学分析.结果睾丸的体积从8岁开始增大,12岁增大最明显,各年龄组之间差别有统计学意义(P<0.01).根据Tanner分期,睾丸在G2期开始增大,G3期达到成人水平;G1期与G2期性激素水平在统计学上有意义(P<0.05).结论男性青少年青春期发育年龄为10~11岁,平均10.6岁.
目的探讨头颅CT扫描对出生时无窒息史的早产儿缺氧性脑损伤的诊断意义.方法对2000年1月~2002年12月在本院产科出生,出生时无窒息史的早产儿93例进行头颅CT检查.结果 93例早产儿CT扫描,56例显示缺氧性脑损伤,阳性率为60.2%,其中<32周组为75%,32~35周组为69.4%,>35周组为35.7%.经统计学分析,<35周组与>35周组比较,缺氧性脑损伤的发生率有极显著性差异(P<0.01).结论早产儿发生缺氧性脑损伤时多数缺乏典型症状或无明显症状,尤其是出生时无窒息史的早产儿易被临床所忽视,头颅CT扫描对早期诊断早产儿缺氧性脑损伤具有积极意义.
新生儿窒息是导致新生儿缺氧性脑损伤的主要原因,缺氧性脑损伤在临床上主要表现为新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)和颅内出血.2000-01~2002-10我们收治新生儿缺氧性脑损伤160例,对其血清电解质的变化的意义探讨如下.
Aim: To explore the individudity and family environment of the children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and to help clinical mental treatment of ADHD. Methods: In 1675 pupils who studied in grade 1-6 of Quanzhou Experimental Primary, a total of 71 pupils was diagnosed as ADHD group, and the control group was confirmed. They were detected with Eysenck personality questionnaire EPQ(J) and family environment scale (FES-CV) about their individuality and family environment. Results: When the comparison was made between cases and controls, the individuality of the children with ADHD were more neuroticism (50 ± 15 and 42 ± 12, t = 2.71, P < 0.01) and more psychoticism (50 ± 15 and 42 ± 12, t = 3.43, P < 0.01). Their family features were poor level of cohesion (6.3 ± 2.7), expressiveness (4.7 ± 1.8) and intellectual-culture orientation (4.1 ± 2.3) (t = 3.19, 2.90 and 0.05, P < 0.05, 0.05 and 0.01), but high level of conflict (4.5 ± 2.8) and organization (7.1 ± 2.1) (t = 4.24, 2.81, P < 0.05 and 0.01). The lower children's parental educated grades were, the higher their ADHD pervalences were. Conclusion: The children with ADHD have special individuality and family environment which shall be paid more attention to and be intervened to when they are treated so as to improve clinical therapeutic efficacy.
目的探讨新生儿反复呼吸暂停与缺氧性脑损伤的关系.方法对78例反复呼吸暂停新生儿进行头颅CT扫描,其中足月儿28例,早产儿50例.观察缺氧性脑损伤的发生情况.结果蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)25例,脑室内出血(IVH)10例,缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)6例,HIE+SAH 8例,总阳性率为62.8%.早产儿组阳性率为74%,以颅内出血为主,足月儿组阳性率为42.8%,以HIE及SAH为主.早产儿组与足月儿组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01).结论新生儿反复呼吸暂停,是新生儿出生后缺氧性脑损伤的早期表现之一.对此类新生儿尤其是早产儿进行头颅CT扫描,有助于脑损伤的早期诊断与治疗.
