目的 了解云南省边境地区居民对登革热知识的了解途径、了解水平及防蚊行为水平现状,探讨影响居民登革热知识了解水平及防蚊行为水平的宣传途径因素,为提高居民登革热知识了解水平及防蚊行为水平提出建议,从而预防登革热在本土的传播。方法 对居住在思茅区、瑞丽市和景洪市,年龄≥11岁的中国籍居民进行线下问卷调查,使用EpiData 3.1软件进行问卷录入,使用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果 本次线下调查共获得问卷778份,其中721人知晓登革热,知晓率为92.67%,思茅区、瑞丽市和景洪市3个地区居民知晓登革热情况差异有统计学意义(χ~2=14.807,P=0.001)。对知晓登革热的问卷进一步分析,结果显示,思茅区、瑞丽市和景洪市居民的登革热知识了解途径、了解水平和防蚊行为存在一定差异(P<0.05),影响3个地区居民登革热知识了解水平和防蚊行为水平的个人基本情况和宣传途径因素不同。结论 思茅区、瑞丽市和景洪市3个地区居民登革热知识了解水平及防蚊行为水平的媒介宣传途径影响因素略有不同,应根据不同地区的差异,采用不同的宣传途径对居民进行宣传教育。
Strengthening the mosquito control measures undertaken by residents of an area where dengue fever is present can significantly decrease the spread of this disease. The aim of this study was to explore the effects of the source of information and knowledge of dengue fever on the mosquito control behavior of residents of areas at high risk of this disease to determine effective ways of enhancing this behavior. A survey was conducted via face-to-face interviews or questionnaires between March and May 2021 in three regions of the province of Yunnan, China. The survey included basic information about the respondents, the source(s) of their dengue fever information, the level of their dengue fever knowledge, and the measures they had implemented to control mosquitoes. Principal component analysis was used to extract the main components of the sources of information. Correlation analysis and structural equation analysis were used to explore the impact of the sources of information and residents’ dengue fever knowledge on their mosquito control behavior. Publicity achieved through mass media, including official WeChat accounts, magazines/newspapers, poster leaflets, television/radio and the Internet, had a direct effect on dengue fever knowledge and mosquito control behavior, and indirectly affected mosquito control behavior through dengue fever knowledge. Organized publicity campaigns, including information provided by medical staff and through community publicity, had a direct effect on dengue fever knowledge and indirectly affected mosquito control behavior through dengue fever knowledge. The residents’ level of dengue fever knowledge had a significant, positive, direct effect on their mosquito control behavior. Mosquito control is an important measure for the prevention and control of outbreaks of dengue fever. An effective source of information can improve the level of dengue fever knowledge among residents and thus enhance their mosquito control behavior.
目的 了解景洪市居民登革热的知信行现状以及对居民进行宣传教育的防控重点,为更好地防控景洪市的登革热提供指导建议。方法 对居住在景洪市嘎洒镇、告庄社区以及财富中心地区,年龄≥11岁的中国籍居民进行线下问卷调查,对未参与线下调查的景洪市其他居民进行线上调查,使用EpiData 3.1软件进行问卷录入,使用SPSS19.0软件进行描述性统计分析、χ~2等检验。结果 本次通过线上和线下2种调查方式共获得调查问卷558份,93.89%的居民存在被蚊虫叮咬的情况,最常被叮咬的场所在草丛或灌木丛中及家里,居民预防蚊虫叮咬采取的措施较为多样;在出现发热、头痛、关节痛等症状时,91.73%的居民会首先到正规医院进行治疗。景洪市参与调查的居民中,听说过登革热的居民有525人,占比94.09%;在这些居民中,登革热由蚊虫传播及幼虫生长在水里的知晓率较高,分别占比96.76%和87.43%;在了解登革热知识的途径上,社区宣传途径占比最大,为74.10%,同时希望继续通过该途径学习登革热知识的居民也占比最大,为66.41%;86.10%的居民认为避免蚊虫叮咬是防控登革热最有效的措施。结论 景洪市居民对登革热的传播途径、媒介蚊虫的孳生环境及防控知识较为了解,但是蚊虫孳生环境的知晓率低于登革热传播途径的知晓率,且蚊虫的防控还需进一步加强,可通过社区宣传、电视广播、医务人员讲解等途径加大对居民防护登革热的宣传教育。
目的 研究淡色库蚊成蚊对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂敏感性的影响因素,为淡色库蚊成蚊抗性监测及防控提供依据。方法 以实验室淡色库蚊品系为研究对象,使用世界卫生组织推荐的成蚊抗性监测接触法,评价在不同条件下不同试虫的杀虫剂敏感性。结果 3个实验室品系中,对氯菊酯的敏感性:雌成蚊北京品系(BJ)≈北京敏感品系(BJS)>天津品系(TJ)(≈表示2个品系对杀虫剂的敏感性差异无统计学意义),半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为0.258%(0.222%~0.304%)、0.283%(0.239%~0.334%)和0.457%(0.413%~0.508%),雄成蚊为BJ>BJS≈TJ,LC50分别为0.174%(0.157%~0.195%)、0.249%(0.213%~0.290%)和0.251%(0.205%~0.294%)。对溴氰菊酯的敏感性:雌成蚊为BJ>BJS≈TJ,LC50分别为0.024%(0.021%~0.028%)、0.080%(0.066%~0.099%)和0.098%(0.079%~0.127%),雄成蚊BJ≈BJS,LC50分别为0.038%(0.032%~0.449%)和0.018%(0.011%~0.034%)。BJ击倒抗性基因(kdr)突变频率为15.96%,BJS和TJ未检测到突变。在实验室控制条件下,不同日龄淡色库蚊雄成蚊的自然死亡率高于雌蚊;在相同条件下,对杀虫剂雄成蚊比雌成蚊敏感;溴氰菊酯对淡色库蚊成蚊的毒力强于氯菊酯3.5~10.8倍。结论 成蚊种群日龄和性别的差异均会对杀虫剂敏感性产生影响,故在开展杀虫剂抗药性监测或药效评价时,应注意试虫种群的标准化。
