ObjectiveTo investigate the public’s cognitive level, attitude inclination, consumption behavior, and key concerns regarding prepared dishes in China, and to provide a reference for policy and regulatory development, public education, and the high-quality development of the industry.MethodsA questionnaire survey was conducted, and 574 valid responses were collected, which were analyzed in conjunction with three public opinion incidents related to prepared dishes.ResultsThe public’s subjective awareness rate of prepared dishes was high (85.0%), but the objective cognitive consistency rate was low (59.9%), indicating a significant cognitive bias. The public generally recognized practical values such as convenience and timesaving, but had insufficient trust in safety and hygiene. They mainly focused on issues like raw material safety. Acceptance was higher for home cooking and take-out scenarios, but lower for canteens and restaurants. Public consumption behavior showed characteristics of high penetration but low frequency, with consumption purposes mainly influenced by age and income. Public opinion focused on differences in definition cognition, common industry problems, and the protection of the right to know.ConclusionIt is recommended to make coordinated efforts in acknowledging cognitive differences, enhancing whole-chain supervision, promoting consumer-end disclosure, and fostering industrial upgrading, to establish a multi-stakeholder governance framework.
Natural mineral water standards use compositional criteria to define product identity and distinguish natural mineral water from other drinking water categories. China's National Food Safety Standard-Drinking Natural Mineral Water (GB 8537) specifies seven alternative minimum threshold parameters for this purpose. This study assessed how these parameters function in four dimensions: regulatory identity, hydrogeological resource recognition, health-related interpretation, and label-based market communication. We compared major international regulatory frameworks, qualitatively synthesized health-related evidence, reviewed representative source-scale hydrogeological evidence from China, and analyzed label information from 150 commercial products. China's system differs from the Codex and European Union frameworks, which emphasize source authenticity, compositional stability, permitted treatment, and disclosure, and from the United States system, which primarily defines mineral water by total dissolved solids. Regional studies showed that mineral water composition reflects site-specific combinations of lithology, geological structure, recharge, groundwater circulation, and water-rock interaction. The same parameter may occur in more than one hydrogeological setting, whereas different parameters within one groundwater system may arise through distinct geochemical processes. Health-related evidence varies substantially and should not be interpreted as establishing consumer health claims. In the label survey, metasilicic acid, TDS, and strontium were the most frequently declared parameters, while zinc and free carbon dioxide were less frequently declared. We propose a functional framework that distinguishes statutory identity, hydrogeological resource, health/safety, sensory/technical, and consumer-communication roles. This framework clarifies why the seven parameters should not be treated as functionally equivalent and provides a basis for refining natural mineral water standards and label communication.
To conduct a quantitative risk assessment of Listeria monocytogenes (LM) in prepackaged, non-vacuum sealed, short shelf-life, ready-to-eat meat products in Chengdu using the @Risk software. Based on monitoring data of LM contamination in pre-packaged, non-vacuum sealed, refrigerated ready-to-eat meat products in Chengdu obtained from a previous study, a risk assessment model was established. The risk of LM infection caused by consuming cooked meat products in different groups of people was quantitatively assessed. In addition, the growth of LM in cooked meat products, from retail to consumption, was also taken into consideration in the assessment. In Chengdu, the numbers of potential cases of listeriosis caused by consumption of prepackaged, non-vacuum sealed, refrigerated ready-to-eat meat products were 0.01 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0-1.71 × 10-2) per year per million in healthy individuals aged 5- < 65 years old, 0.22 (95% CI: 0-2.67 × 10-1) in healthy individuals aged 65 and above, and 2.88 (95% CI: 3.85 × 10-8-4.35) in pregnant women. According to the results of the sensitivity analysis, the initial pollution level of LM in the retail stage was the most important factor affecting the prevalence (R = 0.25), followed by retail temperature (R = 0.08), retail time (R = 0.07), and amount of consumption per meal (R = 0.07). For pre-packaged, non-vacuum sealed, cooked meat products, the most important measure to reduce the prevalence of listeriosis is to control the initial contamination level, which requires food processing plants to regularly clean and strictly disinfect the processing environment and equipment to minimize LM contamination at the source. Retail delicatessens should strictly maintain a storage temperature below 5.0 ℃ and strictly adhere to product shelf-life recommendations. As for consumers, they should consume these meat products as soon as possible after purchase or store them under refrigerated conditions and shorten the storage time. Pregnant women should thoroughly heat the meat products before eating to reduce the risk of listeriosis.
The organization master data is the most important data asset of an enterprise, representing the most basic organization structure, and is the data consistent and shared among systems. In order to solve the problem of inconsistency of organization master data across systems, establish a sparse table of mapping of each business system and serve the downstream application requirements, a random forest-based organization master data fusion model is built to automatically process organizational master data of each business system and fuse it to form a set of consistent and shared organization master data among business systems. The experiments show that the average matching rate of the model is 56.34
目的 了解云南省边境地区居民对登革热知识的了解途径、了解水平及防蚊行为水平现状,探讨影响居民登革热知识了解水平及防蚊行为水平的宣传途径因素,为提高居民登革热知识了解水平及防蚊行为水平提出建议,从而预防登革热在本土的传播。方法 对居住在思茅区、瑞丽市和景洪市,年龄≥11岁的中国籍居民进行线下问卷调查,使用EpiData 3.1软件进行问卷录入,使用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果 本次线下调查共获得问卷778份,其中721人知晓登革热,知晓率为92.67%,思茅区、瑞丽市和景洪市3个地区居民知晓登革热情况差异有统计学意义(χ~2=14.807,P=0.001)。对知晓登革热的问卷进一步分析,结果显示,思茅区、瑞丽市和景洪市居民的登革热知识了解途径、了解水平和防蚊行为存在一定差异(P<0.05),影响3个地区居民登革热知识了解水平和防蚊行为水平的个人基本情况和宣传途径因素不同。结论 思茅区、瑞丽市和景洪市3个地区居民登革热知识了解水平及防蚊行为水平的媒介宣传途径影响因素略有不同,应根据不同地区的差异,采用不同的宣传途径对居民进行宣传教育。
目的 了解河南省禹州地区白纹伊蚊击倒抗性基因突变情况,为白纹伊蚊防控提供依据。方法 2020和2022年9月中旬在禹州地区利用双层叠帐法捕获蚊虫;依据形态特征鉴定蚊虫种类,提取白纹伊蚊DNA,通过测序法对白纹伊蚊击倒抗性基因进行检测。结果 本次调查每年捕获40只共计80只白纹伊蚊。测序结果表明白纹伊蚊3个击倒抗性基因位点均有发现。1016位点存在由密码子GTA编码的缬氨酸(Val,V)突变为GGA编码的甘氨酸(Gly,G);1532位点存在由密码子ATC编码的异亮氨酸(Ile,I)突变为ACC编码的苏氨酸(Thr,T);1534位点突变等位基因型最多,包括由密码子TTC(Phe,F)编码的苯丙氨酸突变为TCC编码的丝氨酸(Ser,S)或TTA/CTC编码的亮氨酸(Leu,L);3个突变位点共包括10种基因型。3个突变位点均是以野生型纯合子为主,野生/突变型杂合子次之,突变型纯合子所占比例最低。共得到11种组合基因型,其中单个位点野生/突变杂合型组合基因型频率最高,为55.00%,3个位点的野生纯合型组合基因型频率为28.75%;双位点野生/突变杂合型基因型频率为8.75%,单个位点突变纯合型基因型频率最低,为7.50%。结论 首次在禹州地区开展白纹伊蚊击倒抗性基因突变检测,发现其基因突变率高且突变情况复杂,今后应在该地区开展深入调查研究。
Objective:To identify the main metals involved in cognitive impairment in the Chinese oldest old, and explore the association between these metal exposures and cognitive impairment.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 1 568 participants aged 80 years and older from Healthy Aging and Biomarkers Cohort Study (2017 to 2018). Fasting venous blood was collected to measure the levels of nine metals (selenium, lead, cadmium, arsenic, antimony, chromium, manganese, mercury, and nickel). The cognitive function of these participants was evaluated by using the Chinese version of the Mini-Mental State Examination (CMMSE). The random forest (RF) was applied to independently identify the main metals that affected cognitive impairment. The multivariate logistic regression model and restricted cubic splines (RCS) model were used to further verify the association of the main metals with cognitive impairment.Results:The age of 1 568 study subjects was (91.8±7.6) years old, including 912 females (58.2%) and 465 individuals (29.7%) with cognitive function impairment. Based on the RF model (the out-of-bag error rate was 22.9%), the importance ranking of variables was conducted and the feature screening of five times ten-fold cross-validation was carried out. It was found that selenium was the metal that affected cognitive function impairment, and the other eight metals were not included in the model. After adjusting for covariates, the multivariate logistic regression model showed that with every increase of 10 μg/L of blood selenium levels, the risk of cognitive impairment decreased ( OR=0.921, 95% CI: 0.889-0.954). Compared with the lowest quartile( Q1) of blood selenium, the ORs (95% CI) of Q3 and Q4 blood selenium were 0.452 (0.304-0.669) and 0.419 (0.281-0.622) respectively. The RCS showed a linear dose-response relationship between blood selenium and cognitive impairment ( Pnonlinear>0.05). Conclusion:Blood selenium is negatively associated with cognitive impairment in the Chinese oldest old.
目的 利用16对微卫星引物分析采自内蒙古自治区(内蒙古)3个样地(新巴尔虎右旗、东乌珠穆沁旗和锡林浩特市)共9批布氏田鼠样本群的遗传多样性。方法 对2021年5、7、9月采用鼠夹法和鼠笼法采集的275只布氏田鼠用磁珠法提取DNA,用16对荧光标记的微卫星引物做PCR扩增,用GeneMarker软件获取微卫星数据,用GenAIEx 6.5、Arlequin(version 30)、structure 2.3.4等生物信息软件分析布氏田鼠的种群遗传多样性及种群遗传结构。结果 16对微卫星引物共检测到472个等位基因,多态信息含量平均值为0.821 3,香农信息指数平均值为1.812,观察杂合度波动区间为0.478~0.951,期望杂合度的波动区间为0.575~0.891,聚类分析及主成分分析表明均可以将9个布氏田鼠样本群主要按照月份划分为4个类群,4个类群的遗传多样性指标5月>7月>9月,分子方差分析表明布氏田鼠个体间的变异(88.51%)远大于类群间(5.04%)和种群间(6.45%)的变异。Mantel test结果显示布氏田鼠遗传距离和地理距离无显著相关性(R2=0.001 6)。结论 此次采集的内蒙古地区布氏田鼠呈较高的遗传多样性,布氏田鼠种群的遗传变异主要存在于个体间,季节变化可能是影响布氏田鼠种群遗传结构的主要因素。
Objective To assess the risk of Anopheles barbirostris invading China under future climate change scenarios, and to provide a basis for monitoring and early warning. Methods The maximum entropy model was used to predict the recent global potential distribution and project the future potential distribution of An. barbirostris in China.The main environmental factors affecting the distribution of An. barbirostris were analyzed based on the contribution rate of environmental factors. The vector risk assessment index system was established to calculate the comprehensive risk value of invasive species. Results A total of 99 effective distribution points of An. barbirostris were identified. The rainfall in September played a leading role in affecting the distribution of potential suitable areas of An. barbirostris. The omission rate of model training was roughly the same as the theoretical omission rate, and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was 0.988. Under the current climate scenario, the potential suitable areas of An.barbirostris in China were mainly in Guangdong province, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Hainan province as well as the eastern Sichuan Basin. In 2081-2100, China has the largest potential suitable area(207.51×10~4 km~2) under the shared socioeconomic pathway 585 climate scenario, and the area of suitable area will show an increasing trend under various climate scenarios. Through the risk assessment index system, it was calculated that the comprehensive risk value of An. barbirostris was 0.57, so An. barbirostris belonged to the medium-risk invasive species. Conclusions An.barbirostris is a species with a medium invasion risk. In the future, the mosquito vector surveillance system should be improved according to the distribution of its suitable areas, and scientific prevention and control strategies should be formulated.
目的 了解我国食品理化实验室专业技术人员食品安全知识(knowledge)、态度(attitude)、行为(practice)(即KAP)现状,探讨其影响因素.方法 对我国15个省的省级、市级、区(县)级部门下属食品理化实验室及第三方机构、企业等非政府机构食品理化实验室的专业技术人员开展食品安全KAP问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析.结果 共回收问卷1470份,有效问卷1339份.除性别对态度得分无显著影响,文化程度、就职年限等对行为无显著影响外,年龄、实验室类型、所在区域和最近一次接受培训时间等均是影响食品理化检验人员食品安全KAP得分的因素,且知识、态度、行为得分两两之间存在正相关关系.结论 需要关注重点人群,如年龄25岁以下、就职年限2年以下或大专及以下学历的专业技术人员等食品安全知识水平的提升、态度的端正和行为的规范.
目的了解我国登革热流行省份的媒介伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为各地的杀虫剂使用及疫情防控提供指导意见。方法使用Excel 2016软件收集和整理来自我国13个省(自治区、直辖市)80个监测点的白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性生物测定数据,其中使用接触筒法监测成蚊对9种杀虫剂的抗药性,使用幼虫浸渍法监测幼蚊对3种杀虫剂的抗药性,根据《全国病媒生物监测实施方案(2016)》统计分析其抗药性水平,使用ArcGIS 10.3软件绘制抗药性水平地图。结果 2020年对我国登革热流行省份共80个监测点进行了白纹伊蚊抗药性监测,结果显示分别有83.08%(54/65)、77.97%(46/59)、87.30%(55/63)和79.31%(46/58)的监测点的白纹伊蚊成蚊对溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯产生了抗药性;有1.49%(1/67)的监测点的白纹伊蚊成蚊对残杀威产生了抗药性,61个监测点的白纹伊蚊成蚊对(口恶)虫威均未产生抗药性;有6.45%(4/62)的监测点的白纹伊蚊成蚊对马拉硫磷产生了抗药性,另52和59个监测点的白纹伊蚊成蚊对杀螟硫磷及毒死蜱均未产生抗药性。幼蚊监测结果显示,分别有93.48%(43/46)、28.30%(15/53)和25.45%(14/55)的监测点的白纹伊蚊幼蚊对吡丙醚、残杀威和双硫磷产生了中高抗药性。结论我国登革热流行省份的白纹伊蚊成蚊对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂抗药性较为严重,对氨基甲酸酯类和有机磷类杀虫剂抗药性水平较低;幼蚊对吡丙醚抗药性较为严重。各地应根据当地白纹伊蚊抗药性实际情况,调整杀虫剂使用方案,提高媒介伊蚊控制效果。
目的 了解景洪市居民登革热的知信行现状以及对居民进行宣传教育的防控重点,为更好地防控景洪市的登革热提供指导建议。方法 对居住在景洪市嘎洒镇、告庄社区以及财富中心地区,年龄≥11岁的中国籍居民进行线下问卷调查,对未参与线下调查的景洪市其他居民进行线上调查,使用EpiData 3.1软件进行问卷录入,使用SPSS19.0软件进行描述性统计分析、χ~2等检验。结果 本次通过线上和线下2种调查方式共获得调查问卷558份,93.89%的居民存在被蚊虫叮咬的情况,最常被叮咬的场所在草丛或灌木丛中及家里,居民预防蚊虫叮咬采取的措施较为多样;在出现发热、头痛、关节痛等症状时,91.73%的居民会首先到正规医院进行治疗。景洪市参与调查的居民中,听说过登革热的居民有525人,占比94.09%;在这些居民中,登革热由蚊虫传播及幼虫生长在水里的知晓率较高,分别占比96.76%和87.43%;在了解登革热知识的途径上,社区宣传途径占比最大,为74.10%,同时希望继续通过该途径学习登革热知识的居民也占比最大,为66.41%;86.10%的居民认为避免蚊虫叮咬是防控登革热最有效的措施。结论 景洪市居民对登革热的传播途径、媒介蚊虫的孳生环境及防控知识较为了解,但是蚊虫孳生环境的知晓率低于登革热传播途径的知晓率,且蚊虫的防控还需进一步加强,可通过社区宣传、电视广播、医务人员讲解等途径加大对居民防护登革热的宣传教育。
ObjectiveTo explore the added effect of heat wave on mortality in residents of Beijing and to provide evidences for developing public health strategies related to extreme weather events.MethodsThe data on daily mortality, meteorological factors and air pollution during 2007 – 2013 in Beijing were collected. A distributed lag nonlinear model was applied to establish exposure-response relationships among air temperature, heat wave and mortality. The added effects of heat waves with nine different definitions were evaluated by comparing the mortality risk during heatwave days to that during non-heatwave days. Step function and quadratic spline function were used to evaluate the added effects associated with different heat wave durations, respectively.ResultsWith the increase of threshold and duration of heat waves with specific definitions, the total number of heat wave days in Beijing decreased gradually. The added effects of heat waves varied under different definitions. When the threshold was in the 95th quantile (27.62 ℃) and the duration was ≥ 4 days, the added effect of heat wave on non-accidental death was the greatest, with an increased mortality risk of 11% (95% confidence interval [95% CI]: 4% – 18%). The added effect appeared when a heat wave lasting for more than two days and the added effect intensified sharply when a heat wave lasting for more than six days. The added effects of heat waves were associated with the increased mortality risk of respiratory diseases (34%, 95% CI: 12% – 60%) and circulatory diseases (14%, 95% CI: 4% – 24%). The populations vulnerable to the added effect of heatwave include the females, middle-aged people and the elderly; the most vulnerable people is those with less education.ConclusionHeat wave could significantly increase the mortality risk of residents in Beijing and there existed an added effect due to continuous days with high temperature. The persons with respiratory or circulatory diseases, the female, the middle-aged people and the elderly, especially those with less education, are particularly vulnerable to adverse effect of heat waves.
ObjectiveThe results of follow-up evaluation of GB 2757—2012 National Food Safety Standard- Distilled Wines and Mixed Wines were analyzed to reveal the main problems in the implementation of the standard and provide the basis for revision.MethodsThe comments of “Normal Tracking Evaluation” section on the national food safety standard follow-up evaluation platform were collected. The data was input to the Excel 2019 software for analysis. The key issues were discussed to provide suggestions for the revision of the standard.Results827 valid comments were received. When "no comment" was rejected, 47.95% of the comments were focused on "physicochemical indexes" including methanol and cyanide indicators. It was suggested that some other issues were worthy of attention and research, such as the microbiological risk of mixed wines, new categorization, characteristic index and physicochemical indexes.ConclusionThe comments reflects the key issues in the implementation of GB 2757—2012. The revision of standards should be timely started on the basis of scientific evaluation in the future. At the same time, it is suggested that the publicity, training and consultation should be strenghtened to improve understanding and applying of the standard.
目的 了解企业在GB 19295—2021《食品安全国家标准速冻面米及调制食品》指标执行方面的困惑,为企业正确使用标准提供依据.方法 对我国14家速冻面米食品和速冻调制食品生产企业进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括:产品基本信息、产品标签执行标准、通用标准执行类别等,回收问卷并分析结果 .结果 共回收有效问卷181份,问卷结果 显示,目前市面上即食食品较少,企业在生产许可中的选择类别和实际执行的类别基本能对应.GB 29921—2021发布后,速冻面米食品企业执行良好,但速冻调制食品企业存在较多困惑,主要包括:产品执行标准问题、混合类产品的污染物限量对应问题、非即食的熟制品致病菌限量对应问题、即食或非即食判断问题等.结论 GB 19295—2021涵盖了目前行业新出现的产品类别,推动了行业的健康发展.但企业反馈的问题应当予以重视,建议今后加强对生产许可类别的解读、合理选择产品执行标准、正确执行污染物限量类别、科学区分即食和非即食等.
目的 通过气候环境因素与斑体花蜱分布相关性的研究,预估斑体花蜱在中国适生区的有无及适生区的等级,为外来入侵生物的防控提供科学依据。方法 收集整理斑体花蜱的分布数据,结合WorldClim提供的环境数据,使用规则集遗传算法(GARP)生态位模型,预估斑体花蜱的适生区,利用SPSS 25.0统计软件进行χ2单侧检验,构建受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)并计算曲线下面积(AUC)值验证模型。结果 经过筛选最后纳入11个环境数据进入模型,模型的AUC值为0.927,模型的预测结果较好,斑体花蜱主要适生区在我国华南、华东和华中地区,高中低适生区沿东南向西北变化,最远可达四川、陕西、山西和河北北部等地区。结论 GARP模型预测斑体花蜱在我国适生区较为可靠,斑体花蜱在我国存在大量适生区,相关部门应进行针对性的预防。
目的明确不同气候情景下红带锥蝽在中国的潜在适生区,为红带锥蝽预防控制规划提供参考。方法使用ENMtool和ArcGIS 10.5软件筛选红带锥蝽在全球的分布点数据;用maxent 3.4.4和R 3.6.0语言软件根据环境变量贡献率、刀切法以及变量相关性分析对气候变量进行筛选;使用R语言软件计算模型调控倍频和特征组合用以调整最大熵模型(MaxEnt)参数;利用MaxEnt模型预估历史气候情境和未来不同气候情景条件下红带锥蝽在中国的潜在分布范围。结果共筛选出73个红带锥蝽分布点;MaxEnt模型结果中,训练遗漏率与理论遗漏率吻合度高,模型曲线下面积(AUC)值为0.990。MaxEnt模型预估历史情景下红带锥蝽潜在适生区分布在我国华南地区,在未来低等强迫(ssp126)和中高等强迫(ssp370)情景下,总适生区面积分别呈现出下降与小幅上升趋势,但是高适生区面积整体上升。结论随着气候变化,红带锥蝽在我国的的潜在适生区范围将从广东、广西、海南、台湾4省扩大到江西、湖北、安徽、湖南、福建、云南、四川、西藏等省(自治区),其中江西北部地区将有可能存在红带锥蝽的高适生区。研究为我国红带锥蝽的防治、监测、预警提供了理论依据。
目的 探讨中国长寿地区65岁及以上老年人血硒水平与虚弱患病风险的关系.方法 数据来源于"老年健康生物标志物队列研究"项目,以2017-2018年调查的中国9个长寿地区2 464名65岁及以上老年人为研究对象,通过问卷调查获得调查对象的人口学特征、生活方式、饮食习惯及健康状况等信息,同时使用虚弱指数量表评定调查对象的虚弱程度,收集空腹静脉血,以电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测硒的内暴露水平.根据血硒水平的四分位数将研究对象分为4组(Q1~Q4组),采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析血硒水平与虚弱的关系,采用限制性立方样条模型研究血硒水平与虚弱之间的暴露反应关系.结果 2 464名研究对象年龄为(84.55±11.38)岁,其中男性1 180名(47.89%),女性1 284名(52.11%);非虚弱者1 866名(75.73%),虚弱者为598名(24.27%).男性和女性血硒水平的几何均数分别为109.73和108.33 μg/L;(65~79)、(80~89)、(90~99)和≥100岁老年人血硒水平的几何均数分别为119.15、106.54、102.12、98.04 μg/L.采用多因素Logis-tic回归模型调整相关混杂因素后,与血硒水平Q1组老年人相比,血硒水平较高者虚弱的患病风险较低,Q2,Q3,Q4组的OR(95%CI)值分别为0.68(0.49~0.96)、0.65(0.46~0.92)和0.59(0.40~0.87).限制性立方样条模型分析显示,血硒水平与老年人虚弱的患病风险呈非线性暴露反应关系(P非线性<0.01).结论 我国9个长寿地区65岁及以上老年人血硒水平与虚弱患病风险存在负向关联.
目的分析2020-2021年我国12个省(自治区、直辖市)媒介伊蚊生态学监测结果,为媒介伊蚊传播疾病风险评估、预测预警及控制提供科学依据。方法收集我国12个省(自治区、直辖市)媒介伊蚊专项调查点媒介伊蚊幼蚊及成蚊密度调查资料,利用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2020-2021年海南、浙江和湖南省平均布雷图指数(BI)>10.00,广西壮族自治区(广西)、云南、河南和山东省平均BI>5.00;广西、广东、海南和山东省(自治区)平均诱蚊诱卵指数(MOI)>5.00;河南、湖北和山东省平均帐诱指数≥2.00只/(顶·h),广西、广东、海南、云南、福建和湖南省(自治区)平均帐诱指数>1.00只/(顶·h)。Ⅰ类省份[广东、海南、广西、福建、云南和浙江省(自治区)]与其他类型省份平均BI、MOI和帐诱指数比较差别无统计学意义(t=0.766、1.030、-0.745,均P>0.05)。2020-2021年,除广东、广西、云南、山东省(自治区)平均BI高于2017-2019三年平均水平外,其他省份BI均低于这3年的平均水平。媒介伊蚊在广东、海南、广西、云南4省(自治区)调查点全年有活动,在福建、浙江和湖北等省(自治区)3-12月有活动,在重庆、山东和河南等省(直辖市)4-11月有活动,在江西省4-12月有活动。BI和MOI研究结果在云南、广西和湖北省(自治区)存在一定差别。研究期内,发生登革热暴发和本地病例的地区媒介伊蚊BI均>5.00,云南省瑞丽市、广西梧州市岑溪市及广东省中山市三角镇BI>10.00;广西岑溪市帐诱指数>2.00只/(顶·h)。结论 2020-2021年我国出现登革热本地病例省份媒介伊蚊平均密度较高,不同地区媒介伊蚊密度差异存在时空异质性。建议我国登革热本地传播地区适当调整媒介伊蚊监测时间,继续加强媒介伊蚊监测和风险评估,系统梳理媒介伊蚊生态学调查结果,为我国媒介伊蚊监测方案修订完善及媒介伊蚊传播疾病暴发控制提供科学依据。
ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of food safety knowledge, attitude and behavior (KAP) among professional technicians in food microbiology laboratory in China and explore the influencing factors, so as to provide the reference for improving their comprehensive ability.MethodsA questionnaire survey of food safety KAP covering 15 provinces in China was conducted among professional technicians in food microbiology laboratories subordinate to provincial, municipal and district (county) government departments and food microbiology laboratories of non-governmental organizations such as third-party institutions and enterprises, and the results were analyzed using statistical methods.ResultsA total of 1 505 questionnaires were collected and 1 386 were valid with an average score of 0.63 ± 0.14. Except for gender and the time of recent training, there were significant differences in the food safety KAP scores at different ages, academic qualifications, years of employment, professional background, department subordinated, administration levels, region where the lab was located and usual training form. A positive correlation had been found among knowledge, attitude and behavior scores.ConclusionAlthough some professionals got full marks, the average score was only slightly higher than the qualified level. The results of statistical analysis suggested that some professionals such as new recruits and professional technicians with lower academic qualification should pay attention to the improvement of food safety knowledge and accumulation of work experience, so as to constantly improving their professional skills. The comprehensive knowledge on food safety of technicians from laboratory at municipal and district (county) levels should also be strengthened. The technical trainings in the form of on-site training were suggested.
