目的 应用浙贝黄芩汤对NOD/SCID皮下荷瘤小鼠进行干预,探讨其抗白血病作用机制.方法 20只NOD/SCID小鼠皮下注射人白血病细胞kasumi-1构建移植瘤模型,随机分为模型组、化疗组、中药组及联合组,分别以蒸馏水、柔红霉素+阿糖胞苷、浙贝黄芩汤及中西药联合干预荷瘤小鼠.观测各组小鼠生存状态、体质量、移植瘤体积及重量、血常规变化,RT-PCR检测移植瘤细胞wip1 mRNA及p53 mRNA表达水平.结果 各组小鼠皮下移植瘤体积均逐渐增长,其中联合组肿瘤体积及重量最小(P＜0.05);联合组血小板计数较荷瘤前下降(P＞0.05),其余3组血小板计数较荷瘤前均明显增高(P＜0.05);与模型组比较,中药组移植瘤细胞wip1 mRNA表达下调,p53 mRNA表达明显上调(P＜0.01),化疗组反之,联合组与模型组持平.结论 浙贝黄芩汤通过降低wip1表达、促进p53转录调节功能恢复,抑制白血病细胞增殖,部分逆转耐药.

慢性淋巴细胞白血病以外周及骨髓成熟淋巴细胞增生、无痛性淋巴结肿大为主要临床特征,临床相对少见,属中医学“石疽”范畴,治疗上分期较早的患者主要以观察为主.中医学在治疗石疽中应用消癥散结等方法,疗效良好.现有慢性淋巴细胞白血病单纯中医药治疗有效病例1例,报告如下.

目的 应用BALB/c裸小鼠构建M1白血病模型.方法 将12只5～6周龄的雌性BALB/c Nude小鼠随机分为低、中、高剂量组及空白组,每组3只,进行尾静脉注射.低、中、高三组分别接种对数生长期M1细胞悬液每只1×106个、每只5×106个及每只8×106个.观察小鼠的一般状况,于造模后第0、10、20、30天采集外周血,检测血常规、进行白细胞分类,第30天或濒死时处死取材,流式检测外周血及骨髓CD33CD117阳性细胞比例,制备组织病理切片.结果 模型组小鼠在接种后第10～15天出现萎靡少动、脊背弓起等状况.实验第30天时,与空白组相比,高剂量组小鼠外周血白细胞数显著升高(P<0.05);各组小鼠外周血白血病细胞比例较空白组显著增高(P<0.05);各组小鼠骨髓中CD33+CD117+比例增高,高剂量组最为显著(P<0.05);高剂量组脾脏中可见少量白血病细胞浸润.结论 BALB/c Nude小鼠经尾静脉注射8×106个小鼠白血病细胞M1后可构建急性髓系白血病模型,符合急性髓系白血病的生物学特点.

Objective:To evaluate the available randomized controlled trials (RCTs) reports of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) in treating lumbar disc herniation (LDH).Methods:Six Chinese and English databases were selected for research from establishment day to December 2013.Qualified RTCs reports were selected for further data extraction and verification conducted by two researchers.Results:662 qualified RCTs reports from 1990 to 2012 that met the inclusion criteria were included,even though most of which were under low methodological quality.Among them,43.11％ reported the application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) therapy only,and 56.75％ reported the application of integration of traditional and western medicine,only 1 (0.14％) study reported the application of multi-function waistline.Outcome measures were divided into 6 aspects:rates,scales,Lasegue sign,biological characteristics,blood indicators and other outcomes,in which the top 4 reported were effective rate,excellent rate,visual analogue scale (VAS) and Japanese orthopaedic association (JOA) score.Conclusion:TCM has been extensively used in treating LDH,and meanwhile Chinese materia medica,massage and acupuncture in treating LDH has a bright feature.Researches following consolidated standards of reporting trials (CONSORT) can guarantee methodological quality effectively.

目前大学生做兼职是比较普遍的现象，做兼职既可得到一定的经济收入，又能增强社会实践能力，对于大学生进入社会开始独立生活是有利的。为了了解大学生的兼职情况，此次研究以北京中医药大学西校区大学生为研究对象，通过调查问卷的方式，对大学生兼职的情况进行调查与分析，总结出北京中医药大学西校区学生兼职的现状，并对学院和性别间的相关问题进行了比较，最后对学校的管理提出了意见和建议。

Heart,in the thorax,which based on the essence,qi and blood,is the charge of the human life activity. It not only direct the interior viscera function,but also is the center of thinking,cognition and emotion. Ren,du and chong channel,as known as originate from uterus,which are different at the distribution,traveling routes and function,manage qi,blood,yin and yang over the human body. In this study,we discuss the relationship between the heart and ren,du,chong in channel distribution,as well as in qi,blood,yin,yang,through the analysis of the distribution and function of ren,du,chong,and the effect on cardiac function,to provide the theoretical basis of ren,du,chong treatment for mental diseases.
