构建长期护理保险制度是应对人口老龄化的有效措施,研究通过对欧亚各个发达国家护理保险制度的产生背景、筹资方式、受益对象和法律保障等多个角度予以比较分析,并探讨国外长期护理保险制度管理经验,从而为我国长期护理保险体系的构建提供参考.

Objective:To analyze the composition of hospitalization expenses among patients with cerebral hemorrhage,make comparative analysis on the hospitalization expenses among patients with cerebral hemorrhage under different medical insurance,discuss the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses among patients with cerebral hemorrhage and provide evidence for effectively control the economic burden for patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Description statistics,single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted.Results:The proportion of drug expenses and material expenses in the hospitalization expenses among patients with cerebral hemorrhage were respectively high.The inhospital situation had important fignificance on the medical expenses of patients.Conclusion:It needed to strengthen the cost control of medical institutions,regulate the treatment behavior of medical personnel,strengthen the supervision of medicine and reduce the medical cost.

目的 探寻总额预付制度对于三级综合医院医保管理工作的影响,并有针对性的提出改进措施.方法 采用访谈法、比较法等收集信息资料,并对相关数据进行统计处理和实施效果分析.结果 医院对管理策略的合理调整,有助于多种角度控制医疗费用增长,临床医务人员在诊疗行为方面趋于规范化,不合理用药现象减少.结论 总额预付制度的实施有助于医院医疗费用的控制,医保的管理意识得到强化.

Objective By investigating the current situation of the hospital safety performance,to understand and explore the factors which affecting the safety performance in the hospital,and to put forward hospital safety performance improvement strategies.Methods Adopting the method of random sampling to select medical personnel of 10 tertiary hospitals as the research object.Through simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis and other methods,the paper analyzes the factors which influence hospital safety performance.Results (1) Safety training and accident analysis of two dimensions of positive reaction rate were lower than 75％;(2) The hospital safety culture and patient safety behavior has influence on the safety performance.Conclusion In order to enhance the level of the hospital safety performance management,it needs to strengthen the quality of medical personnel training,and at the same time to create a good cultural atmosphere,and to regulate the behavior of the safety of the medical staff.
