According to the theory of multibody system dynamics,the work process of hot chamber die casting machine is described.By using the software of ADAMS,real-time simulation of hot chamber die casting machine during work is analysed to find the variety regulation of the system's important parameters,such as shut mould strength etc. With the help of the software,it is easy to obtain the hot chamber die casting machine's optimization design.
The contact nonliner finite element analysis of Shutting mold structure of die casting machine is described.It is contents consist of the theory of augmented Lagrange method,building of the mold,creation of contact,research on real constants such as FTOLN,FKN.Finally the result of the analysis is evaluated.
