The effects of different types of fertilizers combined with N, P and K fertilizers on the yield and quality of sugarcane(Saccharum spp.) were studied. The results showed that under equivalent fertilizer conditions, the effect of different types of fertilizers combined with N, P, K fertilizers was better than the effect of simple N, P, K fertilizers. The seedling emergence, tillering rate, the effective number of stems and cane yields of three sugarcane varieties under mineral fertilizer was better than that of complex fertilizer, compound fertilizer and conventional fertilizer. Mineral fertilizer treatment increased the yield of 3 varieties under equivalent fertilizer condition. After applying different types of fertilizers, different sugarcane varieties had various agronomic traits, especially the cane yields. 08 / 174(variety 1) with complex fertilizer(117 190.5 kg / hm2),compound fertilizer(118 572.0 kg / hm2), mineral fertilizer(132 873.0 kg / hm2) or conventional fertilizer(114 475.5 kg / hm2) was better than 08 / 186(variety 2), ROC 22(variety 3). It is indicated that 08 / 174 has better adaptability and higher utilization rate under various types of fertilizers.

The grey relational analysis (GRA) was used to evaluate the 10 sugarcane lines by 13 main agronomic characters. The result showed that the grey correlation degree of self-cultivated lines GNY08-320 (0.7502), GNY08-336 (0.7409), GNY08-186 (0.7369), and GNY08-225 (0.7277) were higher than ROC22 (CK), so the 4 lines can be further tested, and the others were worse than CK that should be further observed or eliminated.

Experiment of 11 new sugarcane cultivars or strains was conducted from the year 2011 to 2013 in Guangxi. The re-sults indicated that the dominant cultivar new Taitang No.22 in Longzhou are still shows good in comprehensive agronomic traits, followed by Guitang 02/901 and Guifu 98/296. It is recommended to be planted in Longzhou under various water and fertilizer conditions.
以当家品种新台糖22号为对照,对新培育出的2个甘蔗新品系进行系比试验.研究结果表明,甘蔗新品系桂垦08/174新植、宿根的蔗茎产量比对照品种新台糖22号分别增42.20%、41.48%,桂垦08/167分别增10.27%、30.40%;糖分分别为16.00%、16.01%,比对照高15.09%,但宿根蔗糖分均比对照偏低;一年宿根蔗667m2有效茎分别为6467条、5239条,比新植蔗5792条、4493条,分别多675条、746条.综合各农艺性状,表明桂垦08/174、桂垦08/167这2个甘蔗新品系,值得进一步进行品种间试验、多点区域试验和生产性试验.
通过不同温度、不同时间对新台糖22号萌芽率的处理结果表明,出苗效果最好的是52±0.5℃温烫30min,多菌灵800倍液浸种消毒30min;其次是58±0.5℃温烫20min不浸种消毒;最差的是62±0.5℃温烫10min不浸种消毒。
