A mathematical model of heat efficiency in the course of heat preservation is established and analyzed based on principle of energy. The results show that the larger the air surplus coefficient, the more the heat loss caused by flue gas and the lower the heat efficiency. On the whole, heat efficiency of anode furnace is on the low level, and the prospect of utilization of waste heat is extensive.
以互相耦合的炉膛辐射换热和粗铜熔液内部导热能量平衡式,建立了铜精炼阳极炉氧化过程重油消耗最小的真实目标泛函,采用变分法对真实目标泛函极值进行了求解,得出了铜精炼阳极炉氧化过程中粗铜溶液最优升温曲线、最优升温速度曲线以及重油消耗最优曲线.由模型应用可知,铜精炼阳极炉氧化过程重油消耗最优曲线受粗铜熔液氧化时间的影响很大,当氧化时间由2.0h减小为1.7h时,对应的重油消耗量却增加了20%.此最优控制模型为铜精炼阳极炉保温过程在线优化控制以及节能降耗,提供了理论基础.
