Objective Analyze developed countries' supervision measures of food contact materials which are found have hidden risks and problems in our port quarantine and inspection work in order to boost law enforcement and make countermeasure research on related food safety problems. Methods Through introduction and analysis of food contact materials' standards and regulations in China,developed countries such as USA,Japan and EU,make comparative analysis of standard system and management procedures in different countries. Results In the future standard and regulation establishment,more efforts should be taken to establish unified standard of global food safety management system,strengthen capacity building of technology evaluation agency and increase commu-nication with relevant associations. Conclusion Food contact materials research can help strengthen and improve relevant regulations on packing materials as well as capacity building of safety evaluation to break technology bar-rier and promote China's sound and rapid economic development.

The research results on solid fermentation technology of Rhizopus chinensis indicated: the appropriate conditions were beginning moisture content 0. 75 mL/g dry substance, fermentation humidity 70%, beginning ventilation 640 L/min,560 L/min after 30 h. Productivity of the fibrinolytic enzyme went up to peak value by above conditions. The crude enzyme was purified with ultrafiltra-tion concentration and ammonium sulfate fractionation. The specific activity was 23.32 U/mg, 70. 2% of the fibrinolytic enzyme was recovered with 11.05-fold purification.
对深层培养裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commune Fr)所获得的裂褶菌素进行了结构研究.经凝胶柱层析,聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,高效液相色谱分析裂褶菌素为均一组分,分子质量4×104u.通过完全水解,纸层析,气相色谱分析单糖组分,红外光谱,酶解反应,高碘酸氧化和固体核磁共振分析结构,证明了裂褶菌素是以葡萄糖为单一组分的β-(1-3)-D葡聚糖,其中每3个葡萄糖分子上连有一个β-(1-6)的分支.
Fermentation schizophyllan by Schizophyllum commune Fr was optimized. The results of single factor and orthogonal experiment showed that the optimized medium composition contained: glucose 45g/L, yeast extract 3g/L, KH2PO4 0.5g/L,MgSO4·7H2O 0.5g/L.The optimized conditions were inoculum age 66 h,inoculum size 10% ,temperature 21℃, volume of medium 20% and pH 6. Maxium yield of schizophyllan and mycelium of flask were 2.7015g/L and 20.75g/L respectively.
