长江经济带以其得天独厚的综合优势成为我国新一轮改革开放战略的重要实施地，分布有上海张江、武汉东湖、合芜蚌试验区及长株潭、成都、重庆等创新高地，是衔接“一带一路”的重要纽带，将成为我国未来10年经济社会发展的重点和增长轴。基于2010-2014年长江经济带科技创新原始数据，结合长江经济带发展实际，构建科技创新能力评价指标体系，运用灰色关联度和主成分分析法，提出提升长江经济带科技创新能力的政策建议。

<正>工程概况本项目建设地点位于郑州市中心区,北面农业路,西邻经七路,东临国际企业大厦,南为丰产路。位于院区南侧,基地北侧为绿化用地,南侧为锅炉房配电室等辅助用房,西临家属院,东侧是食堂及预留发展用地,该基地较为方正,位于现医院院区中轴线上,用地面积4 346m~2。本工程总建筑面积32 803m~2,地上19层,地下1层,总建筑高度85,3m,共555床位。

Objective To quantitatively evaluate quality of life (QOL) of brain tumor patients and to discuss its determinants. Methods Questionnaire cited on SF-36 instrument and determinants of QOL were used to make surveys on 66 brain tumor patients and 66 health subjects. Results Total life quality of patients with brain tumors worsened generally. Multivariate stepwise linear regression analysis indicated that 5 variables had positive impact on QOL of brain tumors: age, education, pain, constant oppression and unwillingness to express, and often getting into rage temper for no reason at all. Conclusions It is suggested that the health care workers and family members should foucs on inspiring the brain tumor patients to express a lot and assessing their mental status regularly to improve QOL of brain tumors.

SWOT analytic method is an effective and simple planning technique which addresses one aspect of many strategic planning processes. This article describes its principles and practice on rural community health service,including correct and objective understanding of interior strong points and weak points as well as opportunities and threats of exterior environment.The SWOT Matrix is also applied to assisting managers in resolving problems and turning adversity into opportunity and develop appropriate strategies to take the greatest possible advantage of opportunities available.It is expected that the management theory will be somehow helpful to rural community health service of our country.
