目的:研究基于线性拟合算法的医用输液泵计量校准方法,以降低医用输液泵计量校准误差.方法:根据输液泵输液多种参数有序数据点,采用线性拟合算法,研究数据点所处位置,判断医用输液泵计量是否为失配状态;当医用输液泵计量处于失配状态时,确定医用输液泵计量数学模型,分析数学模型中患者体重、药剂计量、输液瓶容量等变量的不确定度;依据医用输液泵失配和不确定度计算结果,利用反向传播(BP)神经网络的反向传播特点,建立医用输液泵计量校准模型,通过神经网络的正向传播和BP并修正模型权值,校准医用输液泵计量.结果:对比结果表明,本研究方法较甲醇气体检测仪校准方法和药品强光稳定性试验箱校准方法相比,药液滴数不确定度分别减少0.094和0.079;输液稳定性不确定度分别减少0.088和0.054;输液泵参数不确定度分别减少0.118和0.069.结论:基于线性拟合算法的医用输液泵计量校准方法与甲醇气体检测仪校准方法和药品强光稳定性试验箱校准方法相比,其输液泵计量校准误差较小,可满足医用输液泵计量校准需求.
目的:探讨临床运行中电子直线加速器的故障原因及干预对策.方法:对1台于2020年9月至2021年12月临床运行1年3个月的医用电子直线加速器的故障发生原因与频率调查结果进行回顾性分析,并制定出有效的干预对策.结果:医用电子直线加速器的常见故障原因主要为X射线容积成像影像系统故障,占比为21.82%(12/55),其次为机械运动故障,占比为18.18%(10/55);电路故障的发生频率虽然不高,但因此故障所导致的功能停用与停机时间却相对较长.结论:在医用电子直线加速器临床运行过程中,要减少X射线容积成像影像系统与机械运动故障,降低故障发生频率,应该结合医用电子直线加速器临床运行故障发生原因与频率,制定出定期维护保养等有效的干预对策.
It is well known that anesthesia machine is an important equipment for clinical operation, so we should pay attention to the safety of anesthesia machine. In this paper, the factors affecting the safety of anesthesia machine were analyzed by means of permutation graph and fishbone diagram, and the methods and experiences of improvement, execution, inspection and summarization were carried out through the method of PDCA cycle. Through the analysis of previous data, we found that the main failure phenomena of the anesthesia machine was the four types of fault phenomena, such as inaccurate tidal volume, consumption problem, pipeline leakage and human error operation,etc.The factors that caused the failure could be summarized into four aspects:system, personnel, equipment and consumables, which would be improved in the following work. So, the factors affecting the safety of anesthesia machine can be analyzed comprehensively and thoroughly, and the improvement measures are put forward to ensure the safety of anesthesia machine.
Objective To improve the availability of the laparoscopic imaging system, this paper formulated an intraoperative troubleshooting and maintenance scheme and established an intraoperative preventive maintenance plan.Methods Functions and principles of all components of the laparoscopic imaging system were reviewed comprehensively, common failure causes and maintenance Methods were summarized. A targeted preventive maintenance plan was established in accordance with the failure causes, and hierarchical training on equipment users was carried out.Results A set of complete solution for troubleshooting and maintenance for laparoscopic imaging system was summarized, so as to cope with intraoperative sudden failure, thus the risk of clinical operation was reduced. Furthermore, a targeted preventative maintenance plan and a training program were formulated, thus altering the passive troubleshooting approaches into the active preventative maintenance.Conclusion The establishment of the solution for intraoperative sudden failure and postoperative preventative maintenance plan for laparoscopic imaging system was an important measure to guarantee the safety of clinical use and to reduce maintenance frequency as well as maintenance cost.
Objective To quantitatively evaluate and improve the working condition of washer-disinfectors with plan-do-check-action (PDCA) cycle,thereby enhancing the working efficiency of the central sterile supply department and standardizing operation procedures of washer-disinfectors.Methods Developed quality control management of washer-disinfectors based on the PDCA cycle,adopted the 4 management steps including plan,do,check as well as action,and evaluated the implementation effect by using failure rate and equipment availability.Results By employing the PDCA cycle to improve quality control management of washer-disinfectors,the failure rate was decreased by 44.8%,and the equipment availability was increased by 14.2%,rectification to equipment failure and standard operation procedure were further optimized.Conclusion The PDCA cycle was used to find out the main cause of equipment failure and a corresponding solution for improvement is developed,which improved the safe operation and service efficiency of the equipment.
