随着养猪场饲养规模的发展,猪群饲养数量和密度逐渐增加,再加上周围饲养环境的影响,促使规模化养猪场的疫病时常发生,并且种类繁多难以防治,给养猪场带来巨大的经济损失.为此我们首先应摸清本场存在的疫病种类,为高效防控疫病奠定基础,更新观念和克服疫病防控误区,提高猪群饲养管理水平,给猪群提供舒适的生活环境和平衡全价的饲料营养,提高猪群体质和抗病能力.同时逐步完善生物安全体系,减少和消灭环境中存活的病原微生物,杜绝外界病菌传播入场,控制病菌与健康猪群接触机会.再加上合理使用疫苗和建立疫病监测方案,从而推动疫病防控工作得到实质性进展,在此将规模化养猪场控制疫病的策略简述如下,供养猪朋友借鉴.

The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary rosemary on serum antioxidant indexes of laying hens at high temperature.Three hundred and sixty 40-week-old Jingfen No.1 Layers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates of 30 each.The diet of control group contained no rosemary,and experimental groups contained 0.3%,0.6% and 0.9% rosemary respectively.Formal trial period was 6 weeks.The results showed that compared with con-trol group,serum superoxide dismutase concentration in 0.3% and 0.6% experimental groups were significantly increased by 23.51%(P < 0.05),23.06%(P < 0.05)respectively,serum catalase concentration in 0.3% experimental group was sig-nificantly increased by 162.00%(P<0.05),serum malondialdehyde concentration in 0.3%experimental group was signif-icantly decreased by 33.91%(P<0.05);serum total antioxidant capacity in 0.3%experimental group was significantly in-creased 25.29%(P < 0.05)compared with the 0.9% experimental group and significantly increased 30.20%(P < 0.01) compared with the control group.In conclusion,dietary supplementation of 0.3% rosemary could significantly improve the antioxidant capacity of laying hens at high temperature in summer.
