目的:探究含沸石牙膏减轻牙面外源性着色的临床效果.方法:于我院招募65 名外源性着色牙患者,随机分为试验组32 人和对照组33 人.试验组使用含沸石牙膏,对照组使用不含沸石牙膏.测量基线、使用后4 周、使用后8 周的Lobene色斑指数.结果:试验组使用牙膏 8 周后Lobene色斑程度指数降低量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组Lobene色斑程度指数随试验时间增加而不同程度降低,基线、使用牙膏4周、使用牙膏8 周间存在显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:含沸石牙膏具有减轻外源性牙着色程度的作用.
Uncontrolled hemorrhage remains the leading cause of trauma-related death. The QuikClot is the most popular hemostatic device; however, it also shows severe security hidden dangers. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the self-developed Zeolite Dressing in a rabbit model of hemorrhagic groin injury. A complex hemorrhagic groin injury model was prepared in the right femoral artery of 96 rabbits by lacerating at a half depth and a subsequent 30-second spontaneous hemorrhage, and security was evaluated at the appointed time (1 and 3 weeks after operation). Experimental rabbits were randomly divided into four groups (12 males and 12 females in each group), including sham-operated control group without vascular injury (Con), standard gauze dressing (SD) group, QuikClot (QC) group and Zeolite Dressing (ZD) group. Vascular suture operation and postoperative debridement were thoroughly performed after hemostasis. The results showed that bleeding times of QC and ZD groups were significantly shorter than that of SD group (p<0.001), and there was non-significant difference between QC and ZD groups. Similarly, total blood loss was significantly reduced after the intervention of QC or ZD compared with SD group (p<0.001). No obvious toxic reaction was recorded 3 weeks after the treatment in both ZD and QC groups. A high wound temperature (maximum temperature was 96.6 +/- 27.9 degrees C) and the "cooked meat like" pathological changes in the skin and muscle were only found in QC group. In conclusion, Zeolite Dressing exhibited a commensurate power to stop bleeding with higher safety compared with QuikClot, indicating that it is a practicable alternative for treating severe hemorrhage.
Objective: Uncontrolled hemorrhage and its direct consequences remains the leading cause of trauma-related death. The most popular one is QuikClot, however, it also exists severe security hidden danger, indicating that there is no ideal protective equipment yet. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Zeolite Dressing in Trauma for Hemorrhage Control. Methods: Emergency doctors used Zeolite Dressing Bag(s) to stop bleeding in a series of wound bleeding which was at least deep into the muscular layer and need to be sutured operation. The number of layers of gauze wetting, wound size, temperature changes near the wound, skin irritation, allergic reaction and local rejection were recorded were recorded. Results: There were 90 patients which were used Zeolite Dressing Bag(s) to stop bleeding in emergency center in hospital. The Effective hemostasis of Zeolite Dressing Bag was 87.36% in 60th seconds,96.55% in 120th seconds and 100% in 180th seconds. There was no skin irritation, no allergic reaction and no local rejection during the clinical trial. There was no abnormal tissue in the hemostatic site after thrombus debridement, and there was no burn in the wound. The wound healed well during the suture removal period.
据卫生部的统计,每年各类伤害发生约2亿人次,其中因伤害死亡的人数约占总死亡人数的9%左右,位居死亡原因的前列,大血管出血是战争时期与和平时期伤员死亡的重要原因[1].大血管出血最初5 min使用紧急止血产品止血能极大降低死亡率.自2003年沸石在伊拉克战场上被用作止血材料以来,沸石止血材料已经成功挽救了成千上万的生命[2-4].以色列国防军报道:使用美国Z-Medica公司生产的战斗纱布对战伤止血取得了很好的效果[5].本研究以猪的股动脉损伤出血模型研究了国产紧急止血纱布的止血效果.
A calcium(II) exchanged zeolite Y (Ca-Y) was prepared and evaluated in ethanol-HCl induced gastric ulcer using a mice model. Benefiting from the high procoagulant activity, good resistance to gastric fluid and anti-acid capability of Ca-Y, a significantly reduced ulcer area percentage from 35.1% + 4.4% to 11.5% + 1.9%, was achieved at an oral dosage of 5.0 g kg(-1), along with an increased intragastric pH from 2.0 +/- 0.5 to 4.5 +/- 0.5.
目的:研究沸石止血剂对家兔致死性股动脉出血的止血效果.方法:家兔,25只,随机分成实验组(FC组)、阳性对照组(QC组)和阴性对照组(SD组).股动脉剪切2/3,致伤后自由喷血30s迅速用各种材料压迫止血.观察180min内止血时间、出血量、发热量和存活率等指标.结果:沸石止血剂2分钟成功止血,SD组(5/8)大部分15min内未止血.FC组、QC组和SD组在180min存活率分别为77.8%(7/9)、75.0%(6/8)和0%(0/8).结论:沸石止血剂可以控制本模型股动脉致命出血,不同沸石止血剂放热程度不同,导致局部组织灼伤影响动物存活.
