"母子双亡"事件,引发人们对依法执业与人文医学精神进行深入思考,这对于加快卫生法制和医学伦理建设的进程肯定具有积极的促进作用.强化医学伦理功能、重建医患信任和改善医疗环境,是法律的责任,也是社会的责任,医务人员更是责无旁贷.

医患关系嬗变给医疗工作带来了前所未有的挑战.我院自2003年初成立了医患关系协调办公室(简称医患办),由专职人员负责调处纠纷.

Medical system, lack of humanistic and honesty were main causes of medical dispute. Hospital management was considered to smooth staff moral, humanistic and medical skill. Humanistic service and emotion care were good moral and the foundation of hospital culture building. Hospital managers were considered to improve humanistic management to promote humanistic service.

To improve medical staff`s law mentality of how to respect patient's rights of grateful consent and estabolish service conception of humanities treatment,accelerate the progress of medical principles and medical accident legal construction.To be aimed at how to comprehend and implement grateful consent,compare with protected medical systems during medical activities.Now,lack of legal basis in how to adjust grateful consent with protected medical systems.Therefore,respecting patient`s legal rights,not only give expression to medical ethics and the respect to vitality,but also have a positive effect to both humanitities treatment and cure and patient.
