目的:研究复方鳖甲软肝片的稳定性并测算其有效期.方法:根据<新药临床前研究指导原则汇编>,在模拟市售包装条件下,通过室温贮存24个月,对其性状、含量测定等项指标进行定期考察.结果:在考察期间,各项指标均符合规定.结论:本品常温放置二年,其质量稳定,故有效期定为2年.

目的研究复方双花颗粒中绿原酸的定量方法.方法供试品用甲醇回流提取,提取液点于硅胶G-CMC薄层板上,以醋酸丁酯-甲酸-水-甲醇(3.51:1:13)为展开剂,展开,晾干,用玻璃板盖住,周围用胶布固定,用CS-930型薄层扫描仪在λs=328 nm下扫描.结果本方法的平均回收率为101.65%,RSD为250%.结论结果显示该方法灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于本制剂的含量测定及质量控制.

OBJECTIVE:To study the extraction process of compound Biejia Ruangan tablets. METHODS: The extraction process of compound Biejia Ruangan Tablets was selected by orthogonal design in the extraction ratio as index.The extracting times,extracting time,water volume and medicine material granularity were used as four factors.Each factor had three different levels.RESULTS: The optimum extraction process condition was that the water volume was five times as much as the weight of the traditional medicine material,the medicine material granularity was the coarsest powder,the extracting times for 3 and the extracting time for 1.5 h.CONCLUSION: It is feasible to obtain the optimum extraction process of compound Biejia Ruangan tablets by the method of orthogonal test.

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Fufang Biejia Ruangan tablet.METHODS The tablets were extracted with 50% ethanol.The sample solution was applied on a silica gel G CMC plate and developed with chloroform methanol glacial acetic acid (85∶13∶2) and was sprayed with sulfuric acid containing 5% vanillin.The separated spot was determined by scanning with CS-930 at λ S=575 nm,λ R=700 nm.RESULTS The average recovery was 97.60% and the RSD was 3.67%.CONCLUSION The results showed that this method is sensitive,specific,accurate and reproducible.
