Purpose: This cross-sectional study aims to assess the level of academic burnout among Chinese medical students during the controlled COVID-19 pandemic and identify the potential demographic factors affecting academic burnout. It also explored the relationship between career calling, family functioning, resource support, and academic burnout, as well as investigated whether family functioning and resource support could moderate the relationship between career calling and academic burnout among Chinese medical students.Methods: The study was conducted in five Chinese cities in 2021. A total of 3614 valid questionnaires were collected to assess the relationship between academic burnout, career calling, family functioning, and resource support, and determine whether demographic factors contribute to academic burnout. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used to explore factors correlated with academic burnout and test the moderating effect of family functioning and resource support on the relationship between career calling and academic burnout.Results: The mean academic burnout score was 3.29 +/- 1.17. Sex, major, academic performance ranking, monthly living expenses, physical health, and sleep quality significantly affected academic burnout (p < 0.05). Academic burnout was negatively correlated with career calling, resource support, and family functioning. Family functioning and resource support moderated the relationship between career calling and academic burnout. Simple slope analysis revealed that high family functioning and resource support strengthened the impact of career calling on academic burnout.Conclusions: Most medical students in China experienced relatively high levels of academic burnout during the controlled COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, specific demographic factors contribute to academic burnout. Family functioning and resource support moderate the relationship between career calling and academic burnout. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing career-calling education, supplementing family functioning in the form of school support, and providing sufficient smart learning resources among medical students in the post-pandemic era.
Objective:Systematic and panoramic analysis of the functional experiment teaching research, showing the research direction, development context and prospect of functional experiment since the 21st century.Methods:We retrieved and screened literature on functional experiment in CNKI, WANFANG DATA and VIP databases, from January 1st, 2000 to December 31st, 2021, used VOSviewer and CiteSpace visualization tools to draw a knowledge graph.Results:A total of 1, 801 papers were included, with 27 papers published in 2000, 119 papers published in 2015, 44 papers published on average in 2000-2005, 101 papers published on average in 2006-2016, and 86 papers published on average in 2017-2021. The frequency of occurrence of keywords is: ″functional laboratory″ 108, ″design experiment″ 60, ″experiment teaching reform″ 57, ″comprehensive experiment″ 50, ″teaching mode″ 47, forming 5 clusters in total. The emerging words in 2021 are ″flipped classroom″, ″virtual experiment″ and ″application of teaching methods and technologies″, among which flipped classroom has the highest emerging intensity.Conclusions:The publication number is on the rise, and the development of functional experiment is divided into four stages: preliminary construction, comprehensive construction, stable development, and extended refinement. The research clustering directions are: ″laboratory construction″, ″experimental teaching reform″, ″development of teaching mode″, ″integration of experimental courses of three major disciplines″ and ″innovative ability″. The research hotspots are ″functional laboratory″, ″designed experiment″, ″experimental teaching reform″, ″comprehensive experiment″ and ″teaching mode″. The research frontier is the development of teaching mode, and the flipped classroom may become the next research hotspot.
Purpose: The COVID-19 pandemic sets specific circumstances that may accelerate academic procrastination behavior of medical students. Career calling is a protective factor that fights against academic procrastination and may further improve medical students' mental health and academic achievement. This study aims to determine the status of Chinese medical students' academic procrastina-tion during controlled COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover, the study investigates the relationships and mechanisms among career calling, peer pressure, a positive learning environment, and academic procrastination. Patients and Methods: Data were collected from several Chinese medical universities through an anonymous cross-sectional survey of 3614 respondents (effective response rate = 60.0%). Using online questionnaires to collect the data and IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 for statistical analysis. Results: The average score of academic procrastination of Chinese medical students was 2.62 +/- 0.86. This study proved the usage of peer pressure and positive learning environment as moderating roles of relationship between career calling and academic procrastina-tion. Career calling was negatively correlated with academic procrastination (r = -0.232, p < 0.01), while it was positively correlated with peer pressure (r = 0.390, p < 0.01) and a positive learning environment (r = 0.339, p < 0.01). Moreover, academic procrastination was negatively correlated with peer pressure (r = -0.279, p < 0.01) and a positive learning environment (r = -0.242, p < 0.01). Peer pressure was positively correlated with a positive learning environment (r = 0.637, p < 0.01). Conclusion: The findings emphasize the importance of constructive peer pressure and a positive learning environment that discourages academic procrastination. Educators should highlight medical career calling education by offering related courses to fight against academic procrastination.
生命旺盛现象的复杂网络,具有小世界特性,符合行为传播交流特点.文章运用NetLo-go仿真平台,在经典SIR模型基础上,探究城市老年人生命旺盛现象网络结构传染特征,为积极老龄健康治理提供参考.在仿真实验观测中发现,生命旺盛感的传染具有系统延迟性、复杂特征以及级联扩散效应.生命旺盛现象传染率有等于、大于和小于免疫率三个场景,生命旺盛曲线、生命不旺盛曲线、潜在生命旺盛状态曲线均出现四次交点但传播趋势不同.社会网络的初始状态、生命旺盛现象的传染率和免疫率皆影响旺盛传染曲线的达峰时间,传染特征取向不同.研究提示不同强度生命旺盛现象的干预时间和效果不同,因此积极老龄社区的营造需要综合考虑区域老年人群旺盛的比例、特征、最佳干预方式、最佳干预时间等条件.
The development of curriculum ideology and politics in medical colleges is one of the key measures for the cultivation of medical education talents. This study systematically reviewed current status of curriculum ideology and politics in medical colleges from the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching contents, methods, assessment, preliminary results and existing problems. It is found that the following problems exist in the current practice of curriculum ideology and politics in medical colleges. The faculty engaged in specialty education has insufficient awareness of curriculum ideology and politics and not well trained for teaching capacity in this field. The challenges come from poor integration of professional courses with curriculum ideology and politics and the fast development of information networks that brings some negative influences to medical students. This paper puts forward some thoughts on the current status of curriculum ideology and politics in medical colleges. Teachers could adopt persuasion mode to carry out curriculum ideology and politics, and to promote the penetration of ideological and political elements into medical courses following discipline development rules, in the "Internet + " era, a program of curriculum ideology and politics integrated with in medical courses has been developed in medical colleges, in order to provide references for medical educators to carry out curriculum ideological and political education teaching.
糖尿病肾病(DKD)是1型和2型糖尿病常见的严重微血管并发症之一.我国约有20%~ 40%的糖尿病患者合并DKD,其已成为慢性肾脏病(CKD)和终末期肾病(ESRD)的主要原因,也是糖尿病肾病患者生存期缩短的主要原因之一[1].早期诊断有助于对高危患者进行有针对性的预防性治疗,从而延缓病情进展,提高患者的生存质量[2].尿白蛋白/肌酐(UACR)或尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)是目前被广泛接受的DKD早期诊断指标,但白蛋白尿作为DKD诊断标志物的效能受到许多因素的限制[3],因此,迫切需要寻找一个比白蛋白尿灵敏性和特异性更高的生物标志物来早期预测和诊断DKD.近年来,随着人们对尿蛋白质组学研究的进一步深入,CKD生物标志物分类模型—CKD273作为早期诊断及预测DKD进展的生物标志物逐渐受到重视,其已被证实可以在多研究中心背景下诊断及预测DKD进展,并在微量白蛋白尿发生前数年即可作为DKD的诊断标志物.本文主要对CKD273在DKD的诊断及预后中的作用进行综述.
