Having set up the index system of evaluation competitiveness of enterprises, this essay combined two kinds of important methods: AHP and Fuzzy on comprehensive appraisal, carried on multi-stage comprehensive appraisal, then diagnosed to the result. Finally it utilized an example to prove validity of this method.
