OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of paracetamol and dioxopromethazine hydrochloride in compound paracetamol and zinc gluconat tablets. METHODS: The determination was performed on Sinochrom ODS-BP column with the mobile phase consisting of 0.04 mol·L-1 KH2PO4 (pH=2.60,0.40% triethylamine)-acetonitril (75∶25) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1;the detection wavelength was set at 264 nm;the column was maintained at room temperature and the sample size was 20 μL. RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear over the range of 2.818× 10-3~3.605×10-1 mmol·L-1 for paracetamol and 1.118×10-4~1.431×10-2 mmol·L-1 for dioxopromethazine hydrochloride. The recovery rates of both were greater than 99.2%. The intra-day RSDs of both were less than 1.82% and the between-day RSDs of both were less than 1.90%. CONCLUSION: The method is rapid,simple and accurate,and it is applicable for the quality control of the tablets.
Objective To study the stability of glucosamine-α-aminoacids-cobalt(Ⅱ) ternary complexes.Methods The formation constant of α-aminoacids-glucosamine-cobalt(Ⅱ) ternary complexes were determined at 298 K,I=0.1 mol/L KNO3 by pH method.Results The formation constant of α-aminoacids-glucosamine-cobalt(Ⅱ) ternary complexes were Gly 8.64,Pro8.49,Ser7.65,Val8.61,iLe8.72,Phe8.32 and Met8.45.Conclusion The two biologically active ligand,α-aminoacid and glucosamine accommodate each other when coordinated to cobalt(Ⅱ) ion.The stability of ternary complex is larger than that of the corresponding binary complex.The formation constant of the ternary complexes increases with the increase of protonation constant of aminoacid and the stability of its binary complexes.

Objective To determine the contents of free amino acids in fresh Ficus carica fruit.Methods Concentrations of 15 kinds of amino acids in Ficus carica fruit were determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC),with OPA and 2-mercapyo ethanol as precolumn derivative reagents.Gradient elution and fluorescence detector was used(λex=335nm,λem=430nm).Results Fifteen kinds of amino acids had been found, and there were many kinds of essential amino acids needed by human body in Ficus carica fruit.The contents of essential amino acids in the total free amino acids were 45.06% and concentrations of Ala, Ser, Lys and Asp were slightly higher.Conclusion Amino acids are rich in Ficus carica fruit which is valuable as special diet.
用原子吸收分光光度法测定半枝莲中的Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Mg、Se、Ge、Mo等8种微量元素。结果表明:半枝莲含有丰富的人体必需的微量元素,为半枝莲的进一步研究和综合利用提供了新的科学依据。
寻找合成宏量原子团簇的新方法.以脉冲激光溅射多相反应体系,变换固体靶和气相、液相反应物的不同组成,合成得到不同产物.合成得到了全氯化多环芳烃和硅倍半氧烷 .结果表明将激光溅射这一物理手段与化学合成的反应条件相结合,可以产生多种不同种类的原子团簇,是合成宏量团簇物质的一种新方法.
用原子吸收分光光度法测定柳絮中的Fe、Mn、Cd、Zn、Cu、Ca、Ni、Pb等8种微量元素,结果表明:柳絮中含有丰富的微量元素,可作为食物对人体补充微量元素,也为柳絮药效的进一步研究和综合开发利用提供了新的科学依据.
Objectives To investigate the accurate measurement method of the concentrations of Di-(2-ethyl)hexyl phthalate(DEHP) in immersed plastic solution Methodes Using an optical fiber coated with mixed stationary phase of polysiloxane and polymeric fulerene,the DEHP was analysed by head space-solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography(HS-SPME-GC).The operating conditions of SPME such as the extraction time, desorption time, pH and ionic strength of solution were studied,and compared with commercial polymer coating PDMS fiber through head space SPME combined with gas chromatography. Results The OV-1/PSO-C60 was better than PDMS in extracting semi-volatile Di-(2-ethyl)hexyl phthalate . Linear range of the method was in 0.4~500μg·L -1, and the lowest detection limit was 0.15*!μg·L -1. The RSD of the method was 4.9%(n=6). Conclusion The solid phase microextraction has the advantage of high efficiency, sensitivity, simple operation and solvent free for analyzing Di-(2-ethyl)hexyl phthalate in immersed plastic solution.
目的研究镧(Ⅲ)[La(Ⅲ)]、钕(Ⅲ)[Nd(Ⅲ)]、钐(Ⅲ)[Sm(Ⅲ)]与L-苏糖酸配合物的稳定性.方法以pH电位滴定法于I=0.10mol·dm-3KNO3,维持温度为25±0.1℃测定配合物的形成常数.结果La(Ⅲ)、Nd(Ⅲ)、Sm(Ⅲ)与L-苏糖酸配合物的生成常数分别为:La(Ⅲ)2.62(110)、5.23(120)和-4.93(11-1);Nd(Ⅲ)2.88(110)、5.47(120)和-3 94(11-1);Sm(Ⅲ)3.24(110)、5.71(120)和-3.57(11-1).结论 La(Ⅲ)、Nd(Ⅲ)、Sm(Ⅲ)苏糖酸配合物的稳定性随离子半径的减小而增大,与三离子的离子势的大小顺序一致.
γ-氨基丁酸是中枢神经系统的抑制性神经递质,但在生理条件下,γ-氨基丁酸的通透性较差,常通过其衍生物增强γ-氨基丁酸的生理活性,作者以γ-氨基丁酸为原料合成了新γ-氨基丁酸的载体化合物[4-(2,4-二羟基苯次甲氨基)丁酸酯],并经元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振谱验证这些化合物的结构.
