Notch信号通路是一种生物进化中高度保守的信号转导通路,在多种细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡中起到关键作用.目前Notch信号通路的配体和受体,以及信号转导途径已经基本研究阐明,有关Notch信号通路与肿瘤细胞凋亡的研究也取得了较大的进展.本文综述了Notch信号通路对血液恶性肿瘤和实体肿瘤细胞凋亡的影响及机制的最新研究结果,重点回顾了Notch信号通路对不同种类肿瘤细胞凋亡的高背景相关性,以及Notch信号通路与其它细胞信号通路之间的串扰,及对肿瘤细胞凋亡的影响.

脾切除联合贲门周围血管离断术是我国治疗门静脉高压的主要手术方式之一,其主要目的是预防和控制食管-胃底曲张静脉破裂引起的上消化道出血,同时消除脾大、脾功能亢进等临床症状,但手术治疗后一段时间内仍有部分患者再次出现呕血、黑便等上消化道出血症状,严重威胁患者的生命安全.目前认为,应激性溃疡、门静脉高压性胃病以及曲张静脉再次破裂出血是引起术后再发上消化道出血的主要原因,但尚未达成统一共识.未来还需要进一步探索预防和治疗术后再发上消化道出血的有效措施,规范不同原因引起出血的诊疗流程,以达到最佳治疗效果.
