The samples of Chuanxinlian injection from 10 companies were studied by the technique of fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine to investigate the optimal condition of preparation.The improved process could be applied to control the quality of Chuanxinlian injection.
AIM: To study the HPLC fingerprints and establish a sensitive and specific method for the quality control of Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.) Nees. METHODS: All 23 samples of Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.) Nees collected from 10 different places were determined by RP-HPLC.Shimadzu-ODS column was used with maxtures of 0.1% formic acid-acetonitrile and 0.2% formic acid-water as mobile phase in gradient mode.The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was set at 25℃ and detecting wavelength at 254 nm.Hierarchical clustering,nonlinear mapping and similarity criteria were applied to evaluate the fingerprints. RESULTS: The simple and specific method with good repeatability was established.There were different contents of each component contained in habitat samples produced in individual area. CONCLUSION: The proceeding is suitable to differentiate Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.) Nees from different places conveniently and can be used for the quality control of this herb.
Objective:To establish the characteristic (fingerprints)chromatograms of Chuanxinlian injection by HPLC/UV.Method:Separation was performed on Shimadzu-ODS column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm).Gradient e- lute was performed by the mobile phase consisting of 0.1% formic acid-acetonitrile and 0.2% formic acid-water with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min~(-1).The detecting wavelength was set at 254 nm.Result:Perfect characteristic (fingerprints) chromatograms were obtained which can be used for the evaluation of Chuanxinlian injection.Nine common peaks were confirmed in characteristic (fingerprints)chromatograms.Five compounds were elucidated as andrographolide,19-glucosyl-deoxyandrographolide,neoandrographolide,deoxyandro-grapholide and 14- deoxy-11,12-didehydroandrographolide by HPLC/MS.Conclusion:The method can be applied to the quality control of Chuanxinlian injection.
采用HPLC/UV法对刺五加药材进行指纹图谱的研究,得到分离度、精密度和重复性均较好的刺五加药材HPLC/UV指纹图谱.结果表明,本方法可用于刺五加药材的指纹图谱测定,并为其全面质量控制提供参考.
