Objective: To retrieve the evidence of stress injury in direct heart surgery and evaluate it.Methods Evidence-based care method,systematic and comPrehensive search of literature and guidelines on stress injury Prevention,and using JBI evidence-based health care center to evaluate the literature quality and evidence Pregrading system.Results A total of 16 articles were included in the literature,and according to the exPert oPinions and evaluation grade results,27 best evidence were summarized,including education and training,risk assessment,and Preventive measures.Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence on the intraoPerative Prevention of stress injury in Patients with direct heart surgery and Provides a reference for imProving Preventive measures in the clinical oPerating room.

目的 构建体外循环下心脏直视手术患者术中骶尾部压力性损伤的预防方案.方法 采取循证检索的方式和德尔菲专家咨询法,对手术室及心脏外科等相关领域专家进行有关压力性损伤预防措施的两轮咨询,最终构建出体外循环下心脏直视手术患者术中骶尾部压力性损伤的预防方案.结果 经过两轮专家咨询,最终形成了4个一级条目,19个二级条目,52个三级条目,两轮专家咨询的积极系数均为100％,专家权威系数为0.96,专家协调系数为0.154～0.240.结论 基于循证和德尔菲方法构建出的适合于体外循环下心脏直视手术患者的预防方案,其研究内容的周密性和研究方法的科学性为临床应用提供了有力的支撑.
