采用多重光散射法对不同配制工艺浸润剂的稳定性表征方法进行研究,随着体系pH值、助剂和偶联剂种类的改变,样品的分层光强度,分层厚度等均在稳定性测试结果中有所反映.结果表明:该法应用于配方开发过程中,可实现浸润剂稳定性的快速反馈.
研究了A-1100和A-187两种硅烷偶联剂对玻璃纤维拉丝成型工艺、络纱工艺、原丝硬挺度与玻璃纤维及其复合材料界面性能的不同影响.结果显示:A-1100浸润剂体系更有利于玻璃纤维的拉丝成形,拉伸强度更高;相比之下A-187生产的玻璃纤维原丝更加柔软,具有更优的加工性能,粗纱毛羽极少;此外,在环氧树脂-酸酐体系中,涂覆含A-187浸润剂的纤维复合材料具有更高的界面剪切强度和湿态强度保留率.
Special requirements for aqueous urethane used in sizing agent for glass fibers are described. In the experiment,di-isocyanate,polyether diol and a hydrophilic chain-extender were used to synthesize aqueous urethane. The effects of some factors such as the synthesizing technology and the dose of hydrophilic chain-extender on the properties of aqueous urethane were studied. It was found that by adjusting these factors,the best combination of hydrophilicity,weak anionic property and film-forming performance of the solution in the use for glass fibers can be achieved.
