After the year of 2011 when abroad students were re-cruited in University of South China, the education of abroad medical students has made significant progress, but there are also a lot of problems to be solved because of the differences of cul-tural background, educational experience and language barriers. We are trying to build a new model of effective international stu-dents clinical skills training from the construction of the new cur-riculum, innovative practice teaching mode, exploration and in-novation combined with national conditions and learning from in-ternational medical education individualization, the increase of medical humanities education, and the arrangement of medical international students' practice.
