文章对上海乡村医生队伍现状进行分析,并结合上海市社区卫生综合改革新形势对乡村医生培养、乡村医生职业发展、乡村医生的收入待遇等方面进行了探讨,提出健全乡村医生培养机制、支持乡村医生的职业发展、完善镇村卫生一体化工作模式、建立基层卫生服务的现代管理制度等方面政策建议.

Objective: To explore how to improve the role of the family members of the patients in the palliative care. Methods: Two hundred family members of the patients with the malignant tumor in 20 community health service centers of Shanghai were given the guidance and intervention of the knowledge and skill of the palliative care by the community medical personnel with the on-site follow-up way. The questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the intervention in order to compare the changes of the palliative care knowledge and skill in the participants.Results: Compared with pre-intervention, the knowledge of the palliative care and help provided to the patients were greatly changed in the participants after the intervention (P<0.05). In choosing the medical service method, those family members with a low level of education changed signiifcantly after the intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion: The participation and cooperation of the family members of the patients plays a positive role in improving the effect of the palliative care.
