近20年,连续管技术凭借其可带压作业、连续快速起下、作业周期短、效率高等优势,在我国取得了跨越式发展,逐渐成为了油气勘探开发关键技术.为了确保连续管复杂作业安全开展,需在施工前应用分析软件进行作业分析,模拟施工参数、评估最大作业深度、优选作业管柱等,预防因连续管疲劳、失稳、超限使用导致的断管、卡阻等安全事故发生,以达到规范施工、指导作业的目的.然而连续管工程软件市场长期被国外公司垄断,我国因缺乏连续管软件分析相关理论成果,难以开发具有自主知识产权的连续管作业分析软件,限制了我国连续管技术整体发展.
In order to solve the problems existing in the application of coiled tubing(CT), the information management technology of CT equipment was studied, the total management system for CT operation was developed, and the system was deployed and applied on 3 CT units of the Changqing Downhole Service Company. Field application shows that the total management system runs stably for more than 300 days, which improves the service efficiency of the CT operation equipment; the remote real-time monitoring function module of the system can accurately receive the field operation data in real time, and display them in the form of numerical value, instrument and curve; the system supports the storage and query of historical operation data, service footage and total working time, supports scientifically customized equipment overhaul and maintenance tasks, and has realized information management of local defect, wall thickness change and fatigue conditions of the coiled tubing. The research conclusions provide data support for the development of CT service life evaluation system.
国内连续管作业机虽然已经有了较大的发展,但是国内开发的相关软件功能模块比较单一,大部分连续管作业配套软件基本依靠国外公司开发的相关产品。介绍了4种国外连续管作业软件现状,并对其软件架构进行深入分析,认为一个完整的综合作业软件应该有几个应用模块:1数据采集模块。采集并监控作业关键参数,为力学模拟、流体模拟和疲劳评估提供基础数据。2力学模拟模块。对连续管管柱的力和应力进行综合模拟,并由此模拟作业过程中各种因素对作业的影响,可以进行作业前设计或实时监控作业过程。3流体模拟模块。对连续管及井筒内的流体进行模拟,并由此模拟各种与流体相关的作业。4疲劳寿命评估模块。能够对连续管寿命进行优化设计,并能实时评估每一根连续管的使用寿命。
