分析口腔医学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训并轨的现状、困难和面临的挑战,青岛大学口腔医学院采取导师组协同制管理,做好专业学位研究生与住院医师规范化培训并轨教育的过程管理和评价考核,提高研究生培养的质量.

Objective To analyze routine examination results in the initial hospitalization of suspected mental disorder tramps,so as to provide reference of diagnosis and treatment for them.Methods To retrospective analyze routine examination results in the initial hospitalization of suspected mental disorder tramps who were sent to our hospital by Shanghai Rescue Station from July 2015 to March 2016.Results There are totally 101 tramps,74 males and 27 females included.66 cases (65 ％) were diagnosed as schizophrenia and acute schizophrenia mentally-disturbed obstacles.51 cases (50 ％) were diagnosed as ECG abnormal and 41cases (41％) were diagnosed as hypokalemia.57 cases (56 ％) were found that the white blood cells and/or neutrophil granulocytes were higher than upper limit of normal value.6 cases (6 ％) were diagnosed as diabetes,1 case (1％) was diagnosed as high-pressure and lcase (1％) was sudden death.Conclusion Due to special social conditions,the majority of patients combined with physical diseases and have higher abnormal rate of routine examination.It is important that mental health hospital complete the routine examinations of suspected mental disorder tramps before treatment.

当今社会老年人群日益庞大，老年相关的疾病也逐渐增加。老年期痴呆作为老年期的常见疾病逐渐引起重视。此类患者认知功能及生活自理能力逐渐减退，晚期患者因功能严重受损，需要消耗大量的社会卫生资源进行医疗及护理。而老年期痴呆患者常伴有明显的精神行为症状，如幻觉、妄想、情感症状和激越攻击等，因此造成护理难度的明显增加［1］。

目的调查肿瘤专科护士对癌性疼痛控制的态度和知识的掌握程度。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对234名肿瘤科护士进行调查,对结果进行统计分析。结果护士能否积极主动正确地评估病人的疼痛并给予正确的护理与护士从事肿瘤护理的工作时间、学历等无关(p>0.05),而与是否参加过相关专业培训有关(p<0.01)。结论加强癌性疼痛知识的相关培训可以提高护士对癌性疼痛的护理水平。

临终关怀在我国属新领域,高等医学院校护理专业人才培养方案中缺少系统的临终关怀知识和能力培养的课程.在高等医学院校护理专业开设《临终关怀学》课程,培养学生临终关怀技能是完善高级护理人才专业知识结构的重要环节.本文就社会对临终关怀服务的需求、护理本科学生临终关怀知识的欠缺、国内外临终关怀教育的现状等方面对护理学本科开设临终关怀学课程的必要性及需解决的重点问题进行探讨.
