In order to eliminate or slow down the signal reflection of the electronic controller of the electric power steering(EPS)system, the phenomena of overshoot, undershoot, ringing and hookback of the signal caused by unstable transient impedance were analyzed and verified under the electronic control system.The causes of signal reflection were discussed, then the signal integrity of the electronic power steering system controller(ECU)was designed.Finally, the signal integrity was verified by driving the permanent magnet synchronous motor circuit with an example.It solves the problem of signal waveform distortion caused by interconnection, power supply, devices, etc.It meets the requirements of the system for signal quality and has a certain reference for the design of EPS system.
基于EPS电流采样模块容差分析,利用了PSPICE软件对EPS采样电路误差进行了仿真和分析,讨论了元器件参数的温漂变化、精度以及环境温度对采样电路的影响,并对灵敏度以及最坏情况的结果进行了计算和探讨.结果表明:在EPS中,最坏情况分析法是目前应用范围最广泛、操作最简便的方法,该方法确保了所有零件组合的容差在最大范围或最小范围都有考虑,符合实际应用产品的严谨度和高可靠性,为EPS电流采样电路的可靠性设计提供了参考.
为了提高基于电动助力转向器(EPS)系统的电子控制器(ECU)的电源线传导发射,在该电控系统的ECU软硬件结构的基础下,分析和探讨了电动助力转向器系统的电磁环境与ECU电源的相互影响,接着对ECU的电源线传导进行了有效设计,解决了ECU的EMC性能.试验结果表明:EPS电源线传导发射完全符合电动转向系统的电磁环境.
