Purpose. The possibility of painless MR-hysterosalpingography (MP-GSH) in assessing the patency of fallopian tubes as alternative to traditional x-ray hysterosalpingography and laparoscopy. Materials and methods. The study included 93 infertile women. Written informed consent had been obtained from all patients to perform both MR-HSG. MRI scan allowed to assess the shape of the uterus, the fallopian tubes and their patency, the degree of penetration of contrast into the abdominal cavity. Results. 63 women showed passable fallopian tubes, not expanded ones. 14 women had not passible fallopian tubes in intramural departments from both sides, not expanded. In 7 cases — one of the fallopian tubes was not passable, not expanded. In 3 cases the uterine tubes are deformed on the background of adhesions, not expanded and fallopian tubes are not patent. In 6 cases women showed expanded and wriggled one or two fallopian tubes and partial diffluence of radiopaque over the abdomen to the places far from the ampoule. Flask-like expanded fallopian tubes remain forming «valve» hydrosalpinx. Conclusion. MR-hysterosalpingography a less painful, radiation-safe technique of MRI, the use of which allows to reliably determine the patency of fallopian tubes.
The problem of the transition of unconscious of neurophysiological mechanisms into conscious ones, is crucial problem for cognitive science. Methods of digital synthesis and image processing have been used to analyze the activity of large-scale neural networks of the human brain in threshold recognition conditions. Activity of large-scale neural networks in subthreshold, threshold and above-threshold conditions in the case of observing synthesized dynamic images is shown. Particular attention is paid to comparing images reflecting the state of brain activity (by measuring the oscillations of the BOLD signal) in subthreshold, threshold and above-threshold conditions among themselves and with respect to images of the distribution of activity of neural networks at rest. The presence of the maximum value of the BOLD signal, when the threshold was reached, was found in some areas of the brain and the activity of neural networks in other areas of the brain decreased.
Методами цифрового синтеза изображений созданы системы тестов для измерения функционального состояния различных уровней зрительной системы, включая высшие когнитивные процессы. Для оценки реакций мозга на синтезированные тесты использовали психофизические методы измерения и функциональную магнитно-резонансную томографию (фМРТ). Особое внимание уделено клиническим аспектам исследования зрительной коры и ее взаимодействия с другими отделами мозга: с теменной, префронтальной, фузиформной и поясной корой. В рамках комплексного исследования при помощи фМРТ осуществлено определение остроты зрения, контрастной чувствительности, поля зрения, распознавание тестовых изображений разной сложности, в частности лиц, а также проведено исследование механизмов избирательного внимания, принятия решений и подготовки двигательного ответа.
In this review modern considerations about pecularities of imaging modalities used in pediatric practice are presented. The main patterns of the most common pathologies of bones, central nervous system, respiratory system, gastrointestinal tract and liver, cardiovascular system and urinary tract are shown and methodical aspects of using conventional radiography, sonography, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging are pointed out.
