Xanthogranuloma is a rare and poorly understood disorder,manifested with the accumula-tion of cells containing lipid in the dermis or subcutaneous tissues,which can form yellow tumor-like lesions on the cutaneous surface. Xanthogranuloma can be classified into four clinical subtypes:adult-onset xanthogranu-loma,adult-onset asthma and periocular xanthogranuloma,necrotic xanthogranuloma and Erdheim-Chester dis-ease. These subtypes primarily differ in terms of clinical features,histopathology and systemic functions,al-though these conditions overlap occasionally. We reported one case of xanthogranuloma presenting with xantho-matous masses in bilateral eyelids and orbits.
目的 许多手持工具和接口的设计,由于数据缺失或来源进口,不符合用户的手部尺寸,导致用户疲劳损伤效率下降.本文对比分析了中国青年医学生手部测量尺寸和类型.方法 选取20~24岁青年医学生196名用电子卡尺对手部37个部位进行人体测量.结果 通过不分位数比诸分布,对37个手部形态指数男女比较得出5因子手部特征据此仿真建模,建立了中国青年医护学生的手部特征模型.讨论 通过对比分析,GB10000-88中目前存在的5个右手数据有待修订与补充.结论 本研究为中国青年医护学生手部测量提供了方法,补充了国内手部测量数据,对各领域的手部研究具有重要意义.

Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of triamcinolone acetonide (TA)retrobulbar injection combined with panretinal photocoagulation (PRP)in the treatment of diabetic macular edema (DME), and to explain the advantages of this combination treatment method in treating DME.Methods Sixty-four cases (64 eyes) with macular edema due to diabetic retinopathy(DR)were randomly divided into combination treatment group(n=34,treated with TA retrobulbar injection combined with PRP)and PRP group(n=30,received PRP treatment only).The changes in the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), the fovea centralis thickness (CMT), and the intraocular pressure(IOP)before treatment and in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months after treatment were compared. Results The BCVA was improved in both groups after treatment. However, the BCVA improvement in combination treatment group was statistically more significant (P<0.05)compared with PRP group in 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after treatment. The resolution of DME after treatment as compared with that before treatment,the CMT reduced in two groups in 1 month,3 months,6 months after treatment.At each stage,the CMT in combination treatment group was lower than PRP group (P<0.05 ). No complications of glaucoma, cataract,vitreous hemorrhage,retinal detachment,choroidal detachment,and endophthalmitis were found in all patients.Conclusion For the patients with DME,the combination treatment with TA retrobulbar injection and PRP has a better therapeutic effect than the sole PRP treatment in reducing the macular edema and improving the BCVA.The operation is simple and has less complication.
Objective To observe the intestine absorption kinetics of berberine(Ber) in rats and the effects of sodium caprate(SC) on Ber in intestinal absorption.Methods Male Wistar rats were used for the experiment.The in situ circular perfusion model was used to investigate the effect of SC on the intestinal absorption of Ber.The concentration of Ber was detected with HPLC.The activity of LDH was measured to evaluate the toxic effect of SC on mucous membrane cells.Results The absorption of Ber in the small intestine was poor.The uptake of Ber presented dose-dependent manner.There was no significant difference on Ka among these groups(P0.05).SC could significantly enhance the absorption amount of Ber in the small intestine(P0.05).SC showed no significant effect on Ka of Ber(P0.05).The LDH activities in circulating fluid in Ber and SC+Ber groups had no significant difference compared with control group(P0.05).Conclusion The absorption of Ber in the small intestine is poor and complied with the passive diffusion mechanism and first order kinetics.SC can significantly enhance the absorption of Ber in the small intestine and is a safe,effective absorption accelerator.
Objective To observe the influence of maternal ethanol heavy consumption during gestation on the glycometabolism of newborn and adult offspring in rats and explore the influencing mechanism.Methods The female Wistard rats during gestation in test group were fed with ethanol at a dosage of 4g/(kg·d)until delivery,and those in control group with distilled water.Determine the blood glucose,plasma insulin and resistin as well as resistin and leptin mRNA levels in fatty tissues of offspring 1 d and 13 weeks after birth respectively.Perform glucose resistance test on offspring aged 13 weeks.Results Compared with those in control group,the bodyweights of newborn rats delivered by female mice in test group were significantly low,the blood glucose level was high,and the plasma insulin level was low.At age of 13 weeks,the blood glucose of offspring of female rats in test group showed no significant difference with that in control group,while plasma insulin levels were significantly higher than that in control group.The glucose resistance levels of adult offspring(aged 13 weeks)delivered by female rats in test group decreased,while the areas under curves of glucose and insulin increased significantly,and plasma resistin level increased,as compared with those in control group.Both the resistin mRNA levels in fatty tissues of newborn and adult offspring of female rats in test group increased significantly,while the leptin mRNA levels decreased.However,the leptin mRNA levels of adult offspring of female mice in test group showed no significant difference with that in control group.Conclusion The change of glycometabolism of newborn and adult offspring caused by maternal ethanol heavy consumption during gestation may be due to the increase of resistin.
