The influence of the rolling parameters on microstructure and texture formation over 01 ЮT steel strip and on its capacity for profound extension is investigated. It is found that the capacity for profound extension in a 01 ЮT steel sample deformed in the austenitic state and cooled in air may be attributed to the higher concentration of small-angle boundaries and special boundaries Σ3 60° <111> than in steel for which rolling ends at subcritical temperatures.
The questions of formation of the system of the statistical indicators characterizing the condition of the environment protection are considered. The groups of the indicators formed according to specificity of the decisions realized in the sphere of nature management are resulted. The system of statistical indicators of the anthropogenic influence on the condition of air basin of the region subject of Russian Federation and cities in its structure is offered.
Рассматривается взаимосвязь развития малого инновационного предпринимательства с реализуемыми на местах программами его государственной поддержки. Выявляется роль малого инновационного предпринимательства в развитии мировой и отечественной экономики в современных условиях. Проанализировано развитие малого инновационного предпринимательства в промышленно развитых странах, России и Астраханской области. Оценивается эффективность реализации мер государственной поддержки развития малого инновационного предпринимательства, выявляются его особенности. Приводятся основные направления дальнейшего совершенствования форм государственной поддержки малого инновационного предпринимательства. Библиогр. 5.
