Today, the methods of risk assessment (RA) of security information system resources (ISR) have been developed, which are not used in a single methodological basis in the context of research strategy in the field of risk management and the effective construction of appropriate information security systems. In this regard, the actual task is to develop methods for the synthesis of RA systems, taking into account these methods. On the basis of well-known studies, as well as the logical-linguistic approach, an improved methodology for the synthesis of adaptive RA systems of security (ISR), which contains ten stages, is proposed. It, through the introduction of additional stages (base parameters definition, selection of databases threats/vulnerabilities and ISR, formation of standards, a choice of terms transformation method, verification of linguistic variables), allows to formalize the creation process of adaptive tools with flexibility for processing the specified sets of values required for RA of security ISR.
This work is devoted to problems of disposal and recycling of out-of-date aircraft and their components. The features proper handling vehicles aviation industry, emerged from the operation were considered. The problem of air transport wastes in Ukraine and abroad was studied. The analysis of existing methods and technologies aimed at the rational and proper management of spent aircraft. The necessity of introduction of comprehensive utilization of aircraft was proved. We consider environmental and economic problems associated with the disposal and recycling of aviation vehicles, their components and assemblies. The experience of the utilization of aircraft leading airlines was studied. The significance and feasibility of introduction recycling programs in the field of waste management of the aviation industry at the state level have been proposed and reasonably.

The Sieverts method is used to study the sorption properties and kinetic parameters of the processes of hydrogenation and dehydrogenation of annealed eutectic alloys of the Ti−Zr−Mn−V system. It is shown that, independently of the structure and chemical composition of the original cast alloys, heat treatment leads to the coagulation of the structural components of the eutectic and the formation of coarse phase aggregates. It is established that, by increasing the reaction surface for the dissociation of hydrogen molecules, we can improve the sorption capacity of each phase and alloys as a whole at room temperature under relatively low pressure (0.6 МРа). In this case, a solid solution based on titanium absorbs hydrogen with the same kinetics as the kinetics of sorption of hydrogen by intermetallic alloy and reaches a high hydrogen capacity at room temperature.

In the article the appearance of ecological logistics, as a new scientific direction in ecology and economic, its relationship with the problems of utilization and recycling of waste was examined. The improved flowchart of ecologically oriented logistics management was proposed. The problem of transport sector wastes in Ukraine and abroad was studied. Making of wastes and their morphological structure was considered at all stages of the life cycle of the vehicle. The necessity of recycling vehicles that becomes out of service was proved. The ecological problems related to gathering and recycling of vehicles and their components was considered. The significance and feasibility of recycling processes in transport wastes life cycle was proposed and estimated. The complex of measures for gathering and recycling organization of secondary resources motor transport and air transport was considered.
В статье приведен случай собственного многолетнего клинического наблюдения синдрома Луи-Бар (врожденной атаксии-телеангиэктазии) в сочетании с эпилепсией у девочки 15 лет. Отмечены особенности течения и манифестации клинических признаков синдрома Луи-Бар, сочетание с эпилепсией и полиорганностью поражений у данного пациента. Приведенный случай демонстрирует сложность ранней диагностики первичных иммунодефицитных состояний у детей в сочетании с патологией нервной системы. Для своевременной верификации диагноза необходим тщательный анализ клинико-анамнестических данных в сочетании с дифференциальным поиском причин рецидивирования инфекционных заболеваний у детей с неврологической патологией.
The article contains the results of the radiation situation investigation during fulfilling operations of utilization of nuclear objects of marine equipment in the facilities of nuclear shipbuilding and ship repair of Murmansk and Archangelsk regions. The results of research had reviled main radiation indices, which determine the facilities staff working conditions. During the cutting of constructions of nuclear objects of marine equipment the levels of radioactive contamination of the surfaces and aerosols volumetric activity in a whole do not exceed permissible levels set in RSS-99/2009 and depend on the types of operations fulfilling in the utilized object. The determining radiation factor for classifying of working conditions in the facilities is the equivalent dose rate of gamma-exposure the values of which are in the range of 0.5 – 8700.0 μSv/h.
The influence of the structure and phase composition of the 57.2 at.% Ti-21.2 at.% Fe-21.6 at.% Mn alloy in both as-cast and annealed states on the kinetic parameters of hydrogenation and dehydrogenation processes are investigated. As shown, the presence of beta(Ti, Fe, Mn) solid solution crystals without preliminary heat treatment during one heating cooling cycle allows to obtain hydride based on Ti(Fe, Mn) intermetallic with maximum content of hydrogen.
The crystal structure changes in Ni 3 Ta were experimentally investigated by X-ray powder diffraction of alloys prepared by arc melting, ground and annealed in the temperature range 673-1173 K for 1 day.It was found that an increase of the annealing temperatures leads to a change of the product of the transformation of the high-temperature tetragonal phase from monoclinic to orthorhombic.The changes are promoted by recovery and recrystallization processes.Some oxidation at the higher annealing temperatures led to the reappearance of the phase with monoclinic structure.Phase transformation / Binary compound / Crystal structure
The effect of Laves phase on the kinetic parameters of hydrogenation and dehydrogenation processes of the Ti-Fe-Mn heteroalloys is investigated. As revealed, the absorption of hydrogen starts with hydrogenation of the lambda-phase. As shown, the presence of Ti(Fe,Mn)(2-y) phase in the alloy increases the hydrogenation rate by one order and reduces the temperature, at which the absorption starts, by 50 degrees C. The presence of manganese in the intermetallic TiFe2 allows obtaining the Ti(Fe,Mn)(2-y)H2-x hydride under physicochemical conditions of hydrogenation of the intermetallic TiFe compound.
The microstructure and phase composition of 15.4 at.% Ti–30.2 at.% Zr–54.4 at.% Mn as-cast alloy as well as the phase composition of hydrogenation and desorption products are studied with optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction. It is found that the alloy under study is able to rapidly absorb hydrogen (up to H/Me ≈ 1.5) at room temperature and 0.6 MPa pressure without preliminary activation. It is shown that released hydrogen restores oxide films formed on the material during hydrogenation ensuring surface self-purification.
The results of investigation of the alloys of the Ti–Zr–Mn system are presented. It is shown that the alloys of the system can be used efficiently as brazing alloys for high-temperature vacuum brazing of 48-2-2 intermetallic titanium alloys. Morphological special features of the formation of the structure of the brazed joints are investigated.
The analytical method of determination of diagram of for the semitowed lorry convoys and creation of mathematical vehicle which allows to estimate manoeuvrability saddle to the lorry convoy at turns on the rectangular crossing of roads of different category are offered.
