With the adjustment of economic structure and successive relocation of industrial enterprises,catering industry has become the pillar industry in Qingdao Shinan district,the economy has been developing rapidly. To actively promote energy saving management of catering industry,4 top-grade restaurants were chosed to carry out circular economy and cleaner production from 2006 and has obtained success. At present,10 restaurants has completed audit in cleaner production. In this article,we put forward constructive suggestions on how to promote the development of circular economy.

信息技术的广泛应用使现代企业面临的外部环境发生了很大的变化,企业的组织结构弊端日渐显现。为了应对这种挑战,从上世纪90年代开始,以跨国公司为代表的发达国家的大企业,率先进行了一场意义深远的企业制度与组织改革。对企业组织结构的这些变革,我们可以从不同角度、按不同线索去理解。就笔者来看,这种组织制度创新的过程,是企业进行内部和外部关系重构的过程,就其本质来看,是企业与市场相互融合的内部市场化过程。

一、引言 随着信息技术的广泛应用和个性化消费时代的到来,现代企业所面临的外部环境发生了巨大的变化,这种变化促使企业不断进行组织与管理创新以提高其市场适应能力,增强核心竞争力.这种组织与管理创新表现在两个层面:一是以企业分拆、分立、外包、虚拟化或建立战略联盟等为表现的外部整合活动;二是进行以企业业务流程再造为基础的内部整合活动.
