医学图像分析是辅助医疗诊断的重要方式,单一模式成像提供的信息有限,无法满足医生全面诊查病情的需求.医学图像融合作为图像融合的一大重要分支,通过融合,可以提取不同医学影像的显著特征,丰富图像信息,提高融合质量.本文在现有研究基础上,从图像融合概念展开,阐述医学图像融合原理和框架,梳理医学图像融合的分解方法和融合规则.

为了解宁夏春小麦的品质遗传基础,应用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)技术,对33个普通小麦品种(包括地方品种、育成品种和引进品种)HMW-GS构成、不同等位基因间亚基变异及出现频率系统分析,并计算了品质得分。结果表明,宁夏春小麦品种HMW-GS等位基因Glu-A1编码1、1*、2*、null 4种亚基,Glu-B1编码7、6+8、7+8、7+9、17+18 5种,Glu-D1编码2+12、5+10 2种亚基,频率最高的亚基分别是1(69.70%)、7(36.36%)、5+10(84.85%);参试材料的品质评分为6~10,平均分为8.42分;优质亚基组成类型如1、7+8、5+10,1、7+9、5+10在育成品种中出现频率较高。
According to different timing and stages of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium application,A pot experiment was carried out to study High Molecular Weight Glutenin Subunit(HMW-GS) composition and expression.The results showed: In different kinds of fertilizer application,with the development of the quantity of HMW-GS begin to accumulate,and the accumulation arrived its peak at the 25th day post flowering,that was in max ripening stage,then the quantity begin to decrease;The different kinds of fertilizer application could improve the accumulation of HMW-GS.
The paper introduces the development status of the molecular marker of HMW-GS in wheat during the recent years,in order to provide references for the molecular detection of HMW-GS in wheat.
以东方百合索邦鳞片为外植体,进行了直接诱导成苗的初步探索.结果表明,在MS+KT 1.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L+蔗糖30%+琼脂0.6%(pH 5.8)的培养基上,外植体诱导的小苗长势较弱;在1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+2,4-D 3.0 mg/L+蔗糖30%+琼脂0.6%(pH 5.8)的培养基上,外植体诱导的小苗长势健壮;在1/2MS+KT 0.5 mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+蔗糖30%+琼脂0.6%(pH5.8)的培养基上,外植体诱导的小苗根系较健壮.诱导不同部位的鳞片,外层分化能力最强、中层次之、内层最差;同一鳞片基部分化能力最强、中部次之、尖部最差;基部叶片增殖能力最强、中部次之、尖部最差.
The study aimed to establish a rapid method to extract the genomic DNA from Melon powdery mildew.Taking conidia of melon powdery mildew as materials,the extraction genomic DNA of melon powdery mildew by the Chelex-100 extraction method were investigated in this paper.The genomic DNA extraction was had extracted successfully from conidia of melon powdery mildew by the Chelex-100 extraction method.And 5.8S-ITS was amplification with this DNA as PCR templates Chelex-100 method was a rapid method to extract the genomic DNA from melon powdery mildew.
It is very popular of using ecological footprint method on ecological safety study at present. This article was based on the way of ecological footprint to analysis ecological safety on Yinchuan, which included per capita ecological footprint, ecological capacity, ecological deficit and ecological safety during 1992—2007 and obtains time-varying prediction model. The result showed that the ecological footprint of Yinchuan increased by 94.06 percent in the past 15 years, while the rate of reduction about per capita ecological capacity was only increased 33.70 percent. Ecological pressure index of Yinchuan was from 2.1887 to 6.4114, which increased 1.93 times. It rose rapidly during 1992—2002, which went up gradually from 2002 to 2007.During 15 years, the security degree of ecology system belonged to Ⅳ degree, and it was a worsening state.
With the adjustment of economic structure and successive relocation of industrial enterprises,catering industry has become the pillar industry in Qingdao Shinan district,the economy has been developing rapidly. To actively promote energy saving management of catering industry,4 top-grade restaurants were chosed to carry out circular economy and cleaner production from 2006 and has obtained success. At present,10 restaurants has completed audit in cleaner production. In this article,we put forward constructive suggestions on how to promote the development of circular economy.
以羊血为原料提取了Cu,Zn-SOD,利用邻苯三酚自氧化法对Cu,Zn-SOD的酶活进行了测定。实验结果表明:1L羊血中提取的Cu,Zn-SOD,经丙酮沉淀、冷冻干燥及SephadexG-100葡聚糖凝胶过滤后的酶活分别为3.2×103U/mg、4.51×103U/mg和5.85×103U/mg。
A method was established for the determination of α- lactalbumin and β-lactoglobulin by reverse-phase HPLC. Separation and quantification was achieved by using a Kromasil C8 column(250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), mobile phase of A 0.1% TFA in H2O and B 0.09% TFA in acetonitrile, with gradient eluention. Mobile phase at a flow-rate of 0.8mL/min, temperature 30℃ and monitored with photodiode array detector at 215nm. The quantified analysis of external standard calibration curves was used. There were good linear correlations about the two components. The correlation coefficients were 0.9998 and 0.9984. The detection limits were 3μg /mL and 10μg/mL. This method was simple, fast, accurate and convenient.

However, the existing packaging approaches and materials tend to cause the awful waste of resources and sever environmental pollution. From the problems of food packages in China, the authors of this paper put forward the “green” ideal of environment-friendly package, and point out that the way for developing the food environment-friendly package and the environment protection.
Bulk food is a special form for sale. Package of bulk food, same as other packaging offal, can bring influence, even new pollution to environment. In such cases, green-packing is a necessary trend for bulk food package. This paper discusses characteristics of bulk food selling and problems of performing environment-friendly package, proposes that strengthen circulating supervision, establishes mechanism of package recycling, and builds rewarding policies, perfect relevant standards, laws and regulations benefical to solve the problem. These measure could reduce the pressure of bulk food package to environment and make food security, economic development and our environment, harmonious.
